Cognizant — awaiting for confirmation/offer letter

I was interviewed on 10th march 2018 at galgotias college of engineering and technology for pat (Programmer analyst trainee) role in cognizant.
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect the confirmation mail and once i accept it i will get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
Its been 2 weeks now and i have not received any reply from them.

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.

Hi I also attended the Dot net interview on 17th March.
I got my first round cleared. They said I will probably got call from HR by 19th or 20th. But I have not received any call yet.

In between I got a mail for photo upload Process, that was also sent.

Can anybody let me know, has the closed the further Process or u still need to wait
