Hi,
This is selvarani.in january 20 2018, i had an interview in cognizant, varalakshmi techpark, kandanjavadi. I have cleared all the rounds and told that i'm selected. Then hr gave me a form to fill up about my qualification and contact details and told that i'll get the offer letter by email. I have tried to contact hr via phone call and emails but they didn't responded. I haven't received my offer letter yet. So, will you please help me out in solving this problem?

I attended cts interview on 3rd march 2018 at manyata tech park through a consultancy and cleared all the rounds.
The consultancy guys said my joining would be next week, but there was no offer letter received. After calling them up they informed that they are waiting for the approval from cts company as the cts people are saying that there is some issue with their tool and hence there is a delay in approval.
It's been two weeks now still not received offer letter or joining date.
In my whole of career this is the worst company i have faced waiting for offer letter or joining date.
They have to understand the fact that making people wait they are going to lose some best candidates for their company.

I was interviewed on 3rd feb 2018 at manyata tech park (Bangalore) for ui developer (Associate projects) role in cognizant.

I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day. Then again i got a call from hr and he got all the information about me. I got a mail regarding photo upload but after that no update.

Hr told me that with in 1 week i will get the offer letter.
Its been almost 2 months now and i have not received any reply from them.

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.

My lic policy no.[protected] qly premium amount of rs.5400/- was registered in your lic india portal.

When i try to enroll my said policy with my employer cognizant
It shows you are not registered with lic portal.. The said policy
Was registered in your portal. I have to register my policy
With my employer before 22 march 2018.

I have given technical interview on 13th jan, 2018 and hr round 19th jan, 2018 for java developer at kolkata, west bengal.
During hr round hr told me i will be getting offer letter within a week. Still i didn't got the offer letter every time they are saying it is under process. In10th march, 2018 they called me and told my tagged project is having some billing problem, so they are tagging me to another project and i need to attend another interview on 17th march, 2018. But they didn't send the interview call letter and now they are not responding to my mail also.

I have lost my food plus card and i had even blocked it. Now i am requesting for the new food plus card but there is no proper response from the bank dealers.

The other thing is that if i call for hdfc care center they not not even aware of food plus card if i ask about it they are saying about the hdfc credit card.

My rs:- 1200 is been blocked in that lost hdfc card can you provide the solution for this problem.

I have lost my food plus card, i am a cts / cognizant associate, could you block the card and issue the new card. Also my old card has balance money in that account around 2000+ rupees.

Could you please transfer the amount in the new card. I am waiting for you response.

I have attended cognizant interview on jan and got selected. I received a mail of selection from the talent acquisition team. And i got mail to submit contact form and resume. Did that.

After that the contact person stopped responding mails.
After a month of follow up they said that i dint attend hr round and will check. But i did attend everything on the interview date.

After a month i. E feb end they...

My pf number is tn/mas/31309/310465 and from last one year i'm chasing with the exit help desk for the same, they are asking to me to call on [protected] and closing the ticket. The thing is no one is responding on [protected], it's just waste of time. Really cognizant pf withdrawal is pathetic.

I attended an interview at cts hyderabad on 17-feb-2018 and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter in a week but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates. I am not sure if normally they would take almost a month to release the offer letter.

I had completed face to face technical round (.net mvc position) even hr discussions on the same day feb 03 2018 at cts kandanchavadi chennai. And i had received mail "interview status as select" from cognizant talent acquisition team on feb 09 2018. And follow to that i had received photo upload mail from cognizant. I have uploaded on the same day.

Again i had received hr discussion form from hr on feb 24 2018. Even completed...

I completed my telephonic hr round (Landline no-[protected]) on 21st feb 2018. Hr informed me the salary package and said i will get offer letter in a week time but i have not received offer letter yet. I have already contacted hr recruiter sourakar chaudhuri multiple times through email and phone but he is not giving any response and not giving any status of the offer letter.
Kindly do the needful.

Hi i am srikanth, i have attended interview on feb 10th at dlf hyderabad. I have cleared all the rounds and i have received the photo upload on feb 23 rd, i have uploaded the photo.

But till today there is no response from hr about the status. I was waiting its a month by today... Kindly help me in this.

It was really a tough time to judgeas there was no status from 15 days.. And beautiful thing is its tough to contact hr

Since year i am following with cognizant for updating my exit date in uan linked pf account there is no single response from pf team.

Its only a 2 min job for employer but they are not responsible... I am not sure where should i complain about this.

Should i give court notice to cognizant as they harassed me lot since i am not able to transfer or withdraw my money

At the end i got a call from hr, who informed me that fill all the details of the form and then we will get back to you. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my photo in one of their portal. After that, i haven't received any updates. I am not sure whether my candidature has been taken forward or not.

This is immanraja from hosur, tamilnadu. I have attended an interview on 2 dec 2017 at koit, salem. I got my offer letter on 18 dec 2017 and also i got date of join on 24 feb 2018 at cts, kolkata. I accepted the doj and done my on portal tasks too, but i am unable to complete the gratuity nomination form, actually i completed but it shows pending, i was waiting for the on boarding pass till at the last minute but unfortunately i am unable to get. Even though i attended the first day but they send me out due to on boarding pass and also they mentioned i didn't accept the doj. Lot of difficulties i have gone to kolkata from tamilnadu, they refused me to join on the date due to those issues, so i returned back to my native.

I am writing this regarding a fake employee recruited in your company cognizant, kolkata. His name was devineni kesava rao, s/o seshagiri rao.

He submitted fake resume with more then 3 years of experience. He ran away from united states on january 2017 to escape arrest in child molestation case. To conform this you can check his passport and travel history. From 2014 to 2017 he was in usa doing his masters in nyit, new york. Then how can he show 3 years of experience at hyderabad.

1) he don"t even have salary account in any bank.
2) he submitted fake payrolls.
3) even the skype interview given by him was prompt by some other person.
4) check is passport and travel history.
5) contact homeland security for criminal record.
I am doing this because we have been harassed by the new jersey police department & home land security, usa for providing accommodating to a criminal. We payed for all his sins.

I registered my lic policies and registration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://www.licindia.in/Corporate_MainPage.html"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

"it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

Please help me in linking policies with my employer.

I applied for a job as someone recommended me, i forwarded my cv to one of your recruitment officer but instead of him discussing the issue regarding his decision with me he went ahead and discussed all the details of my cv with the person that recommended me and clearly he is in breach of data protection.

I believe his name is syed ahmed and his email address is syed. [protected]@cognizant.com

However, i have written to him about this requesting for an apology as to the matter but he failed to respond.

To make it clear i am over 42 years old the individual that recommended me was 24 years old and is like a son to me.

Please treat this as official complaint
