Even i am a victim of this a* h* company long back in 2015. I don't even remember the month also... The day i came to know that they are fradusters, it was too late. All the # ppls ran away n there office was shutted down permanently. I had tried reaching out to them but didn't succeded. Plz help to trace them. Did anyone got their refund?

HI, am vivek, i ts been more than a year i have given my money 20000/- to T2Sucess . Sakshi / Nisha were good in convincing me and was promising ma a job abroad. But till now nothing came when i call them up mobile was switched off .

Its was for a retail job

My name is sachet and got registered to the company last year in June for a job in Dubai and paid Rs 20000 to them which they guarantee to provide job in 6 month .After 9 month told them to refund the money which they agreed and told that same would be done in a month
Now Anu ( through whom I got registered)
Phone is getting switch off and their office is also locked...

Sir,

I made payment for rs 20000 (See the attachment) to track2success, 1119, 11th floor, pearl omax, plot no;b-09, pitampura, new delhi-10034, ph [protected]. This a registration fee for an opening in singapore. As per the condition, they will have to return rs 17000 in case if the application failed. Nobody is responding to the phone or mail when i asking for the refund.

! I have registered with this consultant TRACK2SUCCESS on March 2016.Did many follow ups regarding the jobs and visa...But they used to say that visa on process ...Last 4 months I used call them every week but they said we are trying to complete the process fast but could not complete on time so wait...

But last Feb 2017, they said you will get call from Singapore for interview and after a week time somebody called and asked for the job questions.

Then they mailed me that I got selected and need to send all my original documents to colour Xerox and take attested, did that also.
But past one month I am trying to call them, but mobile no was switched off and landline no ringing and ringing...No answers..
They have cheated my money 20000/- hard earned money.God I'd watching all, he will not leave this people.
Could any govt official can take action against this consultant.

This Hethish has paid initially the charged for the processing fee of Rs:20000 and there is no communication with the with the HR executive sakshi and the mobile number is switched OFF following from long tine but no response from the team, indeed need a government intervention in this as they even show that it is recognised by GOVT OF Delhi Labour and it is 100% a fake consultancy there are many students who have lost the money i request the government to take an action against the consultancy so that no student gets effected with the fraud consultancy so that justice can be done and the money can be refunded need my hard earned money back

Fake fake fake...
All numbers are disconnected. No one is reachable. Trying to contact this agency for over a month to get my refund.
If anyone has any contact info please share.

Biggest worsted100% fraudulent consultancy track 2 success delhi

Dear all

I (Anupam jha) am the candidate who paid 20000 rs to this company in february 2016, this was my biggest mistake of life to believe in this kind of worst consulatncy.

I would like introduced to who made me fool anand singh senior hr agent. He use to call me everyday till than i paid the amount. He did not mentioned any terms & conditions before. Otherwise i can't take chance to spent my hard work earned money.
After paying 20000 rs they send me recipt & said it will take time 6-7 months. Then they forgotton to call me, i used to call in every 15 days for follow-ups. Because i was very intrested for abroad jobs.

After 1 months i got jobs interview call for walk - in at mumbai from other consulancy i e jobs global pune without paying any single money in beginning. Fortune was in my favor i got selected in oman.

Now the story begins i called to anand singh regarding my selection & said to refund my money, then he started teaching terms & condition to me. Then he said he can't help regarding refund. I asked to give a number of his boss. I, e ms nisha. When i call her she directly told me you will not get money as you are quiting. I said your hr agent didn't informed me before regarding terms & condition. He only said if you will not select then we will refund 17000 rs. Thats why i paid otherwise i can't. Then ms nisha told me ok we will refund you. I said to her as i need to pay money to jobs global consultancy please refund me. She was advicing me please take money from others later on you can return when i will refund you.

I was feeling very upset for my mistake. This people harashing common people like me who wants to grow in life. They are playing with our money & carrier.
After joining oman i didn't stop calling ms nisha. She always coming with new stories & excuse. Every time she used to tell next month. Its already 11 months which i given to t2s. Now i am not able wait any more. I have every proof documents & conversation audio with ms nisha, i have given deadline till january 2017. After that i will take legal action. Very soon i m coming delhi. You people harrashed me lot mentally. Now its my turn. I will take legal action.

Few key points which i faced after paying 20000 to this consutancy.

* maximum time they keep mobile switch off. Even don't pick calls when switch on.

* they never replying mails as i mail many times but not bothered to reply any single time

* they alsways makes [censored] excuse & stories

* they always show they are very busy in work & process of candidates but actually not at all. They always busy in to make new "bakra"

*they don't have empathy towards candidates problems or situation.

* they blocked my mobile number as i m trying from many days. I have called every hr agent no which i have seen in complaints board.

Its my suggestion to all candidates don't pay any single money to this kind of cunsultancy.

Dear All,
This company is a complete fraudulent and I can say it from my experience as it is almost my one year with this company now.
I paid them money 20, 000 on 11th Jan, 2016 and they told me I will get a Job in three to four months but it almost going to be a year now.
Every time they come with a new story and now they want more money and they have done nothing so far.
It is a big harassment and friends please don't fall prey to them .
If in one year they can't provide you job then they can never provide you a job.
Please report it to cyber crime and save your self from this scam.

Hello, this is rahul, i feel badly to inform you that i am the scapegoat/ victim of track2success, this consultancy made fake promise for getting job and grab my 25000/- on the name of job in aboard but after going 6 month neither i have got job nor they are refunding my hard work.. After it i decided to check how many people have gone for job in aboard from track2success side.. When i came to know that this is purely 100% fake consultancy and still no one candidate went aboard after getting job and besides it i shocked after knowing like me there are more than 100 person who are also victim of track2success consultancy. This consultancy make cock and bull story for grabbing new new goat by offering new fake job..

Now i have decided to take legal action against track2success please help me. How can i get revert my 25k from this fake consultancy.
