I attended interview in cognizant on 23rd sep 2017 for oracle developer and got selected after clearing 3 rounds of interview.in hr round they told that they are going to send the offer letter in 2 weeks time but they did not send the offer letter. I called to hr and hr told me that they are going to send the offer letter in another 10 days of time. But still they did not send.
After this again i called to hr and this time they told that it will take another 1 week time and surely they are going to release the offer. But this time also they did not release the offer letter. Again when i tried to call hr, they did not pick up phone any more.

Coginzant is very poor in recruitment process and releasing the offer letter.

I had conducted a corporate training for this company in aug 2017, while issuing the po they committed 7 days as payment team (Culprit one-1 ankur) and the training is completed on 26th aug 2017 with good feedback. Later i tried to reach to get the payment - no one has responded. So we reach the entire aurelius team management (Worst management - peer 3... No use - they are money oriented people)

Finally the entire boss of the culprit - durgesh he said 50% we will detected for the reaching management and break the ethics of po. But still they have not done the payment even today is 1st nov.

So please be aware of this company - we need to take this to indian govt. How much this people has done the fraud. For trainers itself they are cheating means not sure on bank loans and other area's how they done the fraud. Now my requirement is how to block this management team passport - not to go aboard and cheat the indian repetition and how to reach the up police commissioner to take necessary action against this fraud company. Please check their google review.

This is brihaspati tripathi, attended interview at cts hyderabad on 16th sept 2017, and cleared all the rounds.
At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter within a week, but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from talent acquisition to upload my photo cts portal. Which i have uploaded on the same day (Within 10 min), but, i haven't received any updates then after.
I am not sure, how much time it takes to release the offer letter?

Please help me.

Consignment no - d37575730 booked on 11th oct, reached at pune hub on 15th oct, still not delivered to warje area (Recipient address). No response from [protected]@dtdc.com yet. It is now 7 days, status is still showing as in pune and last updated on 15th oct itsself. Pune head office does not pick up the phone ([protected]) either and other's are switched off[protected]. Complaint no through dtdc agent app is 08961584. Please let me know what more i can do to get my parcel delivered. Please revert back on email atleast.

We made a full time placement with cognizant and the salary of the candidate was $135k, the candidate is us citizen.

One of the employees from cognizant said since we are not approved vendor of cognizant they are routing resume through other consulting agency.

We are told, we will be getting less than 4% of the total salary ($135k) as commission

Is this amount correct? Whats the cognizant commission structure?

My question is:

What is the commission structure for full time placements in cognizant?
What percentage the middle company will charge?

I have hdfc bank account for last 6 years... The last one year am in abroad, so am not suppose to use my indian account for transaction. Also i had my own nre account.

Amount has been deducted for not maintaining minimum balance.. Now my account balance is -448 inr.

Also august and september month penalty has been deducted in one day t. At least if you could deducted for august month... I would be aware of this issue in august itself.

Hdfc cheated my amounts by deducting two months penalty without any intimation

I attended for Team Leader -Voice position with my POC as Shridharan Natarajan (Sourcing Lead) for an opening in a Telecom process.

I came in for the interview at 10:30 AM as intstructed, also I had 2 rounds of initial rounds with 2 recruiters. My issue is with the 2nd recruiter who screened me for panel round. Her name is SONIYA. I clearly mentioned her that I have come in for a telecom process called Telstra, but even then she tried to push me for other domains. Finally she assigned me for Healthcare, which is no where related to my previous experiences. The panel recruiter also did not have any clue, as why I was sent for Healthcare domain, as they expect relevant experience for the process. I went through all these and it was 6 PM. Finally I was asked to leave since I did not have prior experience with Healthcare (known fact for SONIYA), though I never applied for Healthcare domain at all.

When I checked the above confusion with SONIYA, she simply says, we do not recruit for any Telecom process. Then for what reason, I was asked to come and sit the whole day. Their screening process was entirely fake.

I escalated this to my so called POC (Shridharan Natarajan) and they accepted their mistake. He said he will get back to me next day to discuss, now its almost a month now.

This kind of recruitment process, was never expected from one of the best multi-national company like Cognizant. Moreover, I am an ex-employee of Cognizant.

This day was like you were pushing the candidates out of the company.

Guys, if you are serious about job, please do not waste your time here.

First i received a mail from cts hr navin
He mentioned that it's only for it, aftr getting an offer letter nly u can make payment of amount 10k, will give a offer letter after confirming your documents like idproof, address proof passport etc.. And i sent those things aftenun 10mins he calld me nd said my document are approved by manager.. You ll get an offer letter on monday[protected]
I received my offer letter.. Nd had made payment by wedneday (19-917).. And in that offer letter they have mentioned you can join on or before 25th of september nd he said one employement id ll be sent to your mail id den nly u can go n join nu.. Till now i din get any id from him.. He s not picking up his call till now. Really feeling very bad my parents have money da my sake atleast like this i can survive in it company.. Cried alot.. I don't want this to happen again da anyone.. Am having all the proofs of his.. Like phone call recording, messages, bank transaction proof, in offer letter they have mentioned my job location at cts mepz and asked to contact raja/poornima for joining procedures

As i was applied for the new food plus card in hdfc bank. Still the card is not yet received. Also, i was tried to reach the hdfc customer care, but no response still further. Meanwhile i got location transfer from chennai to coimbatore cts sez campus. Kindly i want you to mail my new food card to my new official address in coimbatore location.

I have been rendered homeless by cognizant technology solutions. They have been harassing me since 2006 and had to shift residences due to the safety threats from cognizant technology solutions after i resigned. I asked for the payment of dues and documents which i needed in 2012, legally in 2016 and their behaviour had worsened, after the legal case. And yet to return.

After escaping many murder attempts in this corrupted india, no one in cognizant have the heart/conscience to return my stolen money and benefits coming to more than 5000$ (Which i needed for my shelter in 2016), because they want to steal the hard earned money of many ex employees who are cheated by the hr. Thinking none are watching, many ex employee are cheated without given the full payments when leaving and some workers who are forced to leave after the health goes due to "10 hour" work environment and the "party goers" take money and hire another hard working victim

After the legal notice sent in india in 2016,, they again tracked my address and attempted to harm me. From 2016, they are continuously cheating with fake emails of payment and never actually paid nor are they (Newton and rupa biswal) coming to the police station regarding the murder attempts in the changed address.

No one in cognizant is helping to get my money back, since they want others money and enjoy getting money on the death of ex employee (S) or others hard work.

If there is any legal lawyer in usa who can help with the case, kindly share the contact.

Getting my hard earned money back can help me to live in peace and not rest in peace after death. So many have waited for my death and even stolen my money while i was dying after the murder attempts. Also, shutting down cognizant, indian companies in usa, and many hindu or indian cheats in usa can help safeguard many innocent from fraud which can be prevented.

I want to Login to Food card portal of HDFC bank.
I have Forgotten my credential details (i.e) Login Password
I know my card details, CVV number, DOB, Expiry date. But I have forgotten my User Id.
Can you help me to reset my Password. For security Purpose You can send me the reset Password to my registered e-mail Id. So I can Login and see my Transaction.

Also I am not able to open the Monthly Statements sent by HDFC to my registered details.

Please resolve my request, also provide my "point of Contact Number", So i may feel comfortable to resolve my issue

This is Bakyaraj, I have revived email from "[protected]@yahoo.com" requesting for 10000 and sharing offer letter from cognizant. I paid Rs.10000 and received offer from Cognizant Email Id: [protected]@Cognizant.com.

Same Hari requested to upload documents into portal he requested to send to his email id and same has been shared. after that he send date of joining and time of joining details.

But Looks like that offer not valid and that guy number looks switched off and account got more than lacks of amount and complete amount got debited.

When we approached bank they told they need to talk to the customer then only they can do any action and they told no balance in that account.

So could you please find this crime and take legal action against that complete group.

My food card had stopped working long ago due to some issues going on then with hdfc internal server because of which the card was blocked. I had complained to change my card and it was also processed but the card never reached me.

I have 2000/- blocked in it. Can somebody provide me with a poc with whom should i talk about this? I need to get this resolved asap.

I was the cognizant employee, i resigned and separated from the company on 30 june. I have not received my night shift allowance for last 3 month i worked for cognizant. I have repeatedly raised request to my payroll team but each time i receive reply from them that i should contact my manager. I contacted my manager and told him about the issue, he said that there is some issue going on with the shift allowance process, my whole team has...

I have hdfc food card since from 30 days but still it is not working when i'm trying to swipe it it is declined.
Could you guys please help me out of this and how can i activate my food card.

I am rajeshwar patel with candidate id :[protected]. I suppose to be join on 20th july 2017. But due to on boarding pass not generated its postponed to 21th july 2017. But again its not generated and now its postponed to 25th july 2017.
Regarding the issue i continuously get in touch with my recruiter but neither he resolve it or not helping also just delaying the date. Even i was try to calling the given numbers in one cognizant portal but no response

Its very irresponsible company for new joinee. Before join itself these many problems. Imagine after join what will happen to our future.

Till now i didn't get any positive respone from you. Few of my friends got mail fromcognizant. But, i didn't got mail till now. So please can you tell me what is the process of sending offer letter and how much time to will take.

Hi,

I had to enroll two LIC policies with employer. However i am getting issues with both of them.
When i enrolled first policy[protected] it got enrolled and i got confirmation mail in my official mail id. However once i logged into the portal and i tried to click on 'Enroll for Employer', i got message 'No policy found for enrollment'.

When i tried to enroll the second policy[protected]at https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html link with my organization 'Cognizant', i am getting error message 'We are unable to process your request.Please try again later'.

Please look into the issue and let me know if any other information required.
