Updated by Ram AM I given my job because I want to give to freshers or less experience.But when I went attending interview after some years experience gap.These IT industry like TCS, CTS or HCL should have take these experience IT people as employee and train to do the required project.Otherewise experience might be wasting. That is also economy loss.

Pay 2000 rupees to the person who is attending interview to the company. Other these IT industry ruin Indian Economy supported by other country.

Updated by Ram AM You shouldn't allow naukri service as paid service then only they will arrange interview. That means they will ruin 1000 crores from Indian citizen. WHY GOVERNMENT NOT ASKING TCS or other IT company THEY HAVE INDIRECTLY HAVE some way they forcefully asking to quit employee from their organisation.

Every body to collaborate how we can do good to people of India with peace and prosperity .Today lot of difference in age and education and differences in seeing things .Overall some flaw because every wants money but never think how we can change Good thing to everybody. Incase if you are interviewing Any IT industry you must take and give options to work and option to negotiate money even in case they want to leave you have to permit to leave the company and that person can create opportunity to others in India or other citizen in the world.

Updated by Ram AM Frustration of this complaints come my mind from 97 recruitment team consultancy company they don't have 10% of technical knowledge compared to me it interns spoils my career and my sport chess game. No body can beat me in Chess in TCS, HCL, Infosys and HCL .I don't want to include CTS why CTS are child to me they don't know how to recruit me. ..similarly technically knowledge they can beat me. ..

Any IT experience person more then 7 years to appear for interview means you should not ask question you only give option to work on any project and you can negotiate salary also..You IT service industry you already ruin and suck their young energy. There are lot of things in middle age mind .They may create opportunity to others but sometimes there bigger thought not possible to achieve due to insufficient knowledge or insufficient money or not getting similar kind of group and personal issue. So many factors he may have gap in employment .CEO should have to understand our mind integrate many things in this idle time. You shouldn't laugh about the gap .If he has prof of Citizen thats only you should have to see. .
