      Hi, I am staying with my wife, 6 month child and my cousin in 21 Ganapathi nagar 3rd street, Madambakkam, Chennai 126.In my neighbours house motor running 24 hours.Already we informed that kindly change the motor like less volume motor or else particulr time you can use.But they always told that no water came.so we automated like that. Its very noise pollution for us.we could not tolerate. My son not sleeping even at the night time.Since their motor running 24 hours. Kindly take this as high priority and do the necessary action immediately. It will be very helpful for us. my no : [protected].

          Hi, This is Vamsi Krishna. I have been selected for 'Cognizant Technology Solutions' for Service-Now Developer position more than 45 days before. I got a call from 'Durga Devi.S' delivery manager (mail )id: DurgaDevi.[protected]@cognizant.com) and mail from 'Ganana Selvi Devraj' (mail id GNANASELVI.[protected]@cognizant.com, that i have been selected for the position in CTS. They requested me to send my details for Candidate Information and later i got a mail confirmation from Selvi that my offer letter is being processed.             Hi, I have paid INR 2250.00 cash towards installation of new WiFi connection to Ananda Reddy who is a Team Leader from Airtel(Ph#[protected]/ [protected]) on 18th May'14 and the TBLR #6815855 but nothing has beed done so far and Ananth Reddy doesn't pick up the call. When I contacted Customer care, I was told that installation can't be done due to feasibility issues and the money shall be returned back within 20 working days but nothing being done.               hi i know a person working in cts and he had submitted fake document while joining CTS. Also, for making money through illegal modes he had been cheating people and doing fraud with them. Please let me know the process for filing the complain against this fraud person and also would like to know the email id of the concern person in Cognizant who deals with such cases.

                    As i want to know that why cognizant demanding person to submit 30, 000 rupees for 45 days training in others consultancy and give joining to them. i have a doubt regarding campus recruitment, when they organising off campus drive through amcat and for ex 1000 student appear then only 50 student gets confirmation about cts apptitude clearance and when they take off campus through certain consultancy like uclid it sevices then same amcat paper is taken exam on cts apptitude test and for ex if 500 students appearing on it then 450 get cracked it, why?
                    this is only because of 30.000 rs for training. sir please do something for this. Is this is not corruption then what is this..?

                        This is the subject line of the email that I had received from CTS 'Cognizant Scheduled Interview Invite on 5th APR 2014 (SAT)'. It reads 'Cognizant Scheduled Interview invite on 5th Apr 2014 at 10am. With respect to their email I had reached the respective location which here is ICC Tech Towers by an hour earlier i.e 9am. And to my surprise I was shocked to see nearly 400 plus candidates standing in two queues.When I enquired, I was told this is a Walk-In Drive. I was totally taken aback. My question would be that when it is a Walk In Drive why was I told that it is a scheduled interview. I had received two calls to confirm my presence as well for the interview. But still I stood in the queue as one of the candidates and was trying to reach the person who sent me the email and another number from which I had received a call on Friday confirming my presence for Saturdays interview. The numbers are 044 4349XXXX and 044 6657XXXX. But none picked. So I tried contacting the person mentioned in the email for me as point of contact. I had called his number, luckily he picked up and I told him that I have a scheduled interview at 10am today for Control M professionals. These were his exact words " There is no scheduled interview today, it is a Walk In. I don't know who has told you like that and I haven't got any information as such" And I told him that I have received an email from Malathi Sankaran saying that it is a scheduled interview and I have the printout with me. He said ' I am sorry. It is a Walk In today. So all I could suggest you is to wait on the queue and give the interview'. This is not totally what I had expected from Cognizant, a MNC in IT world. I am not sure if there has been a miscommunication or if there is any mistake. But I am really sorry to say that I didn't expect this from Cognizant.I still stood in the queue for two hours under the hot sun. And then there came an announcement " 8th floor is full now. People who have to go to 8th floor can leave and come after some time, " Unfortunately my destination was 8th floor. I am really sorry to say that I was totally dissatisfied with what had happened today. I didn't expect that I would have to wait a whole day. I wasn't intimated about this earlier. This is something I hadn't planned for. So I had to walk off. I couldn't wait anymore. If this was communicated to me earlier, I would have planned myself for the entire day. It was just not me there were others complaining too. I am not sure how legitimate their claim was. But mine is. That was really disheartening. A multinational company like yours I expected much of a perfect streamline well communicated process. This is a basic expectation from everyone towards an MNC. Everyone mentioned that they would drop an email about their bad experience today. Not sure how many did. But I did. I would like to conclude saying that everyone has his/her own personal life and they have to take some time out of it to attend interviews and other stuffs. But everything needs to be planned well ahead. If it needs to be planned well ahead then it has to be communicated properly well ahead. If it fails at the initial point then everything following that would fail. Just like a project cycle.I would kindly request you to please communicate well ahead clearly.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I resigned from cognizant in September 2013. Its almost 6 months now, and the PF forms haven't been submitted to the respective regional EPFO. I dropped already 2 mails one in October and one in December, every time they respond saying, please wait 2 more months for us to submit your claims to the EPFO office. Please let me know, if there is anywhere else I need to complain regarding the same. All the documents have been submitted from my side and in spite of this, there is a huge delay.                             Hello, I am here to share my 2nd most disastrous experience ever with Cognizant, Bangalore. I got a call from a consultancy service regarding a visual design opening in Cognizant. I asked her whether it is a walk-in because the walk-ins are pathetic, long waits. When I came to know it wasn't I decided to give it a shot. I got shortlisted and was asked to come for the Face to Face round at Golf view, Murugeshpalya office. When I reached there at 9.30, which was the time they asked me to be there, it was like market. Very very poor management, they asked us to submit the resumes and wait for our name to be called. The interviews were happening for different domains, inspite of it being such a big building they didn't categorise properly. After sitting idle for almost 2.5 hours finally, VD candidates were called. Then they took us to their recreational wing, where they said that they have changed their minds and will be taking the design test instead of the F2F interview. Everyone was ok with it, and again they made us wait for 2 long hours, without food or water. The systems were not equipped with the design softwares and after we sitting in the room full of computers, they started installing photoshop one by one on each system. BY now, everybody's patience had run out. The mood for interview was completely gone, irritated and frustrated. When we asked whether we can go have lunch as it was past the lunch time we were told it will be ready in 5 minutes. Which obviously didn't happen. We started the design test only around 2.15-2.30 and it got over at around 4pm. By now, everybody's head was spinning in pain. The person who came to give us the so-called question paper, who could barely speak in english, rather only he could understand what non-sense he was talking. The sketch (ques paper) didn't make any sense, when the small private offices where I have worked have a printed question mark. This shabby looking ques paper was not even printed, some nut-head had drawn a sketch and scribbled something with his hands and taken xerox for all o[censored]s. It was so unclear what had to be done, and obviously the englishman was wonderful with his english. So we ourselves had to figure out what to do. Once the test was over, they asked us to wait again for 5-10 mins, telling us that they will let us know the results immediately. but all of a sudden one more guy came, who could merely speak proper english (shame) asked us to leave for the day. They will let us know the results the following week's monday or tuesday. When I asked why, they said due to this goo[censored]p of taking the design test instead of f2f they have lost lot of time and hence there's no time to take the f2f now. Full of rage, I left the premises !!! My questions here - If they had the knowledge that they were going to visual design interviews why couldn't they decide the sequence of the interview? If they knew that the design test was necessary to select/shortlist the candidate why not make the systems ready with all the design softwares? If they had decided to take the F2F round on that particular day, why take the design test? When the software was gettting installed, they called some 3-4 people for F2F round. What about the rest? They told us that they were taking the design test because they wanted to finalise the candidates on that very day, then why did they ask us to leave post the design test? There was not even a single senior authorised person to keep a check on whether these volunteers were going according to the company procedure. I have been to other big companies for interview before, they have the basic odacity to ask the people for food and water at lunch time or otherwise. Here, they didn't even bother to arrange water for us. Cognizant never ever replies back to the candidates, whether they are in or rejected. I don't mind they telling me that I am rejected, but if they let me know the result which they never do I can improvise on my skills for the next time. This same experience I got way back in July 2011, in the baghmane teck park's Cognizant. They called us for the interview, I passed the design test, I passed the telephonic round, they asked me to send my portfolio, they were impressed by my work. This so-called graphic designer along with 2 other women, interviewed me again on phone from Pune. They said that everything was fine and I will get a call from the HR for the salary and joining details. But I have not got that call till date. I am so frustated, irritated and angry with my own self as to why I went there to waste my time, energy and weekend. If they don't want to hire people why do they waste everybody's time. If they already have candidates, then why call people and let them go through all the trauma. Never ever will I go for the Cognizant interview again, its not only me, my husband went through this trauma 3 times. DC

                                  I requested IPIN and web PIN for HDFC FoodPlus card 1 week ago. This is my complain ID:mump[protected]. I contacted customer care to know the status of my complaint, but there was no info in their system except this complaint number, as told by customer care assisstant. Its very bad that the requested is not even processed at all after seven long days!! I was asked to raise another complaint for PIN request again, now I have to wait for another week. This is third time I'm requesting for Food Card PIN, but still I could not get my PIN. Kindly help me to proceed with this, After having waited for 1 full month, I don't want to wait another week and I need my PIN badly.

                                    Hello, My PF clain is not processed (PF number - TN/MS/31309/141110) submitted several times and being rejected all these time. I would like to know the reason for rejection. After several emails to CTS, they were reluctunt to share the information. It's been 1 year 6 months since I left CTS and the PF claim is not processed so far. Please let me know the due course of action. Thanks!

                                    I had submitted papers for PF claim at the Cognizant Chennai office vide registered post., on March 23, 2014. I have received acknowledgement from postal department, with a signature of the Cogni officials saying that the package has been received. I have sent umpteen mails to [protected]@cognizant.com since then, asking them for the status of the submission of docs to the EPFO Chennai; am yet to receive a reply. Suddenly, all promptness has vanished from Cognizant!!! My status still shows, no records found, in the EPFO website. Whom should I contact regarding this grievance?

                                      HI Hi my name is shree Raksha. i worked with cognizant for about 15 months in mangalore. company sent me a soft copy of my exp letter, but i deleted it by mistake. And since i had to jion my new company i requested them me to me my exp letter again. Bt inspite of sending the mail several times there has been no response from them. I even tried following up with them but there has been no response. My emp id is 325899.

                                        DEAR SIR/MADAM,

                                        I HAVE RESIGNED FROM CTS ON MARCH 2013. I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL MY PF FROM WHILIE GETTING RELIEVED NOW I HAVE RECIEVED MY FIRST PF INSTALLMENT IN MY HDFC AC THTEE. WEEKS BEFORE BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SECOND PF AMT.

                                        REGARDING THIS I HAVE GIVEN MAIL TO CTS TEAM BIT NO REPLY FROM THERE END.KINLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARDS.
