I have attended the interview on (20th June 2022).After the interview, I have received the confirmation call from you on (7th July 2022) and you confirmed that we will release the offer letter within a week. It's over a more than month now.But till now I haven’t received offer letter. And also I have filled the CIS form only.I am continually trying to reach you but no response for both mails and calls. Could you please check and update...

I was waiting 45 days for offer letter but it's not recieved yet

Trainee/Engineer Trainee(2019,
2020, 2021 & 2022 ). I gave my hr interview on 21 march. Got good response from hr and also my documents were verified via screenshare and also gave my preffered month of joining as “August” but its been more than 3 months and no update yet.I have dropped multiple mails to cognizant as well as superset asking for the status. But till now i didn't receive any proper response except the automated mails.Please resolve my issue.

I have given my bike yesterday but today I am not able use my bike they changed my Clutch assembly but it's not working today with in one day it's gone waste service don't use this

Waste of time and money

I am not able to enter my input in Legal last name in CDF 1 and CDF 2 form which is sent by cognizant talent acquisition. I have to submit this as soon as possible. Kindly help in this. I am not able to submit the forms...

I had given 2rounds of technical interview and had completed HR round as well. In the HR round there was assurance of offer letter within 2days. After that I waited for a week and again asked for 2 more technical rounds for another project and after that documents were taken. Now it is been 3weeks i haven't received any update and no response for the calls. Kindly update on the status.

Hello this is subhasri.
I have attended the interview and was asked to share documents by 11/07/2022 and to expect offer letter by 15/07/2022 and was informed the position for associate went on hold.and after 10 days(30/07/2022) HR called and informed there is different project and will release offer after submitting CIF forms.And till today there is no response from HR over call/Mail..it's been already a month for interview process and it's stil taking time

I am Vinod . I have attended of technical interviews on 8th July 2022 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back. and similar submitted CIF form 2.

Later on 14th July 2021, I had my HR round but it's been more than a month now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates. no response from HR team and recruiter and no one is responding on mail.

I have attended interview for Automation testing on 29th july 2022 and on the same day got mail from HR(Surya Sairam) that I have cleared the technical & Managerial round and then submitted CIS form along with documents mentioned. Till now I didn't receive any call or mail for HR discussion and they are not responding to my emails also. A status update on this would you really appreciated. Please check and let me know the update.

I attended a video interview from Cognizant, Pune on 4th July 2022 and cleared the technical round which was updated to me by HR through email. She said HR team will contact you for further discussion. As she said I received another HR call on 6th July 2022 and she asked my details like PAN, Salary expectation etc and told me to wait for more 10 days we are releasing offer. After that another HR called me on 22 July 2022 and asked me that have your interview done? I told him that my profile is in process and offer will be releasing soon. Then he told me that he can see my profile on Cognizant portal and its status is pending to release offer .

But till now I have not received my offer letter. The HR who initiated my technical interview saying that she don't have any information about the offer and the HR who called me for salary discussion she is not taking my calls.

So now do not have any update from Cognizant after more than a month and still waiting for the offer letter.

My name is Bagawan N. I cleared my cognizant interview and had discussion with HR on 16-July regarding salary. HR told me that i can expect offer in 1 weeks.
It's been around month and offer letter is not dispatched yet. I tried to connect with HR team but no one is responding to my email.

I have resigned from cognizant on 8th August 2022 and they have updated my LWD late night as same day without any prior info given and locked all my accounts since next morning, didn't even provided any clarification on notice period, Clearance and Relieving letter also. This is height of malpractice from such a big organization. I only want clear information regarding clearance process, Relieving letter & experience letter...

My interview was scheduled on March 31st 2022 at 9:00 am to 10:30 am, I have been logged in to my superset account and was in waiting area but no interviewer has joined my slot.But now I got mail stating due to my absence, I have been rejected.

One time I raised a complaint I got reply as Please be patient we will look into the query, but till today I have been waiting from 3 months

This is to inform you that Susai George, s/o Sandhanaraj, working in your esteemed firm as Program Analyst, whose contact no [protected], is suspected to have abetted his wife and my daughter Ms.Maria Antonate to commit suicide in Japan. As per the Madras High Court Order, the Hon’ble Judge had directed to file an FIR against Mr. Susai George (4th Respondent). Hence an FIR has been filed in Steel Plant Police Station D4, Salem, FIR No.137/2022, Crime no 10350663. The Hon’ble Judge had also given many other directions. A copy of the same is attached with this mail.

We are residents of Salem District, Tamil Nadu and my daughter Maria, an engineering graduate, was married to Mr. Susai George residing at 17, Cupucian Street, Ariyankuppam, Pondicherry, in the year 2019 on 17th May. After the marriage my daughter was continuously tortured and harassed in the matrimonial home and later my daughter and her husband shifted to Chennai from Pondicherry. There my daughter’s husband Mr. Susai was employed at CTS, Chennai. During her stay in Chennai also my daughter was not allowed to talk to us, and we were continuously bearing the harassments meted out to my daughter with the hope that one day he would change, and my daughter would have a happy married life.

Infact, we had given 75 sovereigns of gold jewelry during her marriage. We also bore 50% of the marriage expenses of my daughter. All this we did by borrowing money from various sources. But nothing was respected or even regarded by her in-laws and her husband. When they were in Chennai my daughter was tortured and forced to ask us for Rs.5, 00, 000/- money to set up their house in Chennai. All this we did somehow with the hope that my daughter would one day have a happy life with her husband.

Recently about 4 months ago we came to know that Susai George is posted in Japan by your company, and he did not allow our daughter to give proper information to us about their travel plan. After reaching Japan Susai had continued to torture and harass her, and my daughter had sent us several text messages and videos about the torture undergone by her in Japan.

We were helpless here because Susai didn’t allow my daughter even to speak to us freely and suddenly on 3rd July 2022, we were informed by Susai George’s family members in Pondicherry that my daughter died due to suicide in Japan. We honestly doubt that the death is not due to suicide. The death should have been due to harassment and torture of Susai. Even otherwise my daughter could have committed suicide only due to abetment and harassment by Susai.

Hence we request you to take immediate disciplinary actions against your employee, Mr. Susai George, and also expel him from his service. We are sure that he will somehow abscond from India and escape from the criminal case filed against him. We request you to kindly treat this letter as urgent and render justice to the family who have lost their only daughter.
