My name is Prakash Dundappa Savadi.I have cleared my Cognizant technical interview and had discuss with HR on 22-June regarding Package and Designation . HR told me that i can expect offer letter in 7 working days. It's been more than month now and offer letter is not received yet. I tried to connect with HR team but no one is responding my phone calls and email. Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I am Najim. I have attended of technical interviews on 15th July and 16th July 2022 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back. and similar submitted CIF form 2 they informed they will send offer on Friday 22th July.

Later on 22nd July 2021, no update from HR but it's been more than a week now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates. no response from HR team

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

But still my pre joining formalities are showing in progress since from many days . I hope you can understand my concern and will be a bit fast in giving me my DOJ. Its my humble request to help me out from this situation ASAP.

This is to inform you that Susai George, s/o Sandhanaraj, working in your esteemed firm as Program Analyst, whose contact no [protected], is suspected to have abetted his wife and my daughter Ms.Maria Antonate to commit suicide in Japan. As per the Madras High Court Order, the Hon’ble Judge had directed to file an FIR against Mr. Susai George (4th Respondent). Hence an FIR has been filed in Steel Plant Police Station D4, Salem, FIR No.137/2022, Crime no 10350663. The Hon’ble Judge had also given many other directions. A copy of the same is attached with this mail.

We are residents of Salem District, Tamil Nadu and my daughter Maria, an engineering graduate, was married to Mr. Susai George residing at 17, Cupucian Street, Ariyankuppam, Pondicherry, in the year 2019 on 17th May. After the marriage my daughter was continuously tortured and harassed in the matrimonial home and later my daughter and her husband shifted to Chennai from Pondicherry. There my daughter’s husband Mr. Susai was employed at CTS, Chennai. During her stay in Chennai also my daughter was not allowed to talk to us, and we were continuously bearing the harassments meted out to my daughter with the hope that one day he would change, and my daughter would have a happy married life.

Infact, we had given 75 sovereigns of gold jewelry during her marriage. We also bore 50% of the marriage expenses of my daughter. All this we did by borrowing money from various sources. But nothing was respected or even regarded by her in-laws and her husband. When they were in Chennai my daughter was tortured and forced to ask us for Rs.5, 00, 000/- money to set up their house in Chennai. All this we did somehow with the hope that my daughter would one day have a happy life with her husband.

Recently about 4 months ago we came to know that Susai George is posted in Japan by your company, and he did not allow our daughter to give proper information to us about their travel plan. After reaching Japan Susai had continued to torture and harass her, and my daughter had sent us several text messages and videos about the torture undergone by her in Japan.

We were helpless here because Susai didn’t allow my daughter even to speak to us freely and suddenly on 3rd July 2022, we were informed by Susai George’s family members in Pondicherry that my daughter died due to suicide in Japan. We honestly doubt that the death is not due to suicide. The death should have been due to harassment and torture of Susai. Even otherwise my daughter could have committed suicide only due to abetment and harassment by Susai.

Hence we request you to take immediate disciplinary actions against your employee, Mr. Susai George, and also expel him from his service. We are sure that he will somehow abscond from India and escape from the criminal case filed against him. We request you to kindly treat this letter as urgent and render justice to the family who have lost their only daughter.

My date of joining was 18-july-2022 but from 12-july onwards i am not able to login to cognizant portal. I had completed all my formalities start 1st Day tab was disabled and three day ago before date of joining onboarding pass will be generate but I am unable to login Cognizant portal how can i check in the mean time i am not getting any mail form Cognizant.

When i contacted hr but called two-many times she will pickup the phone one or two times, she told she will check the issue after that update me, but not yet any update she told me that send me the previous company documents as well as update in portal her mail id, same already send to HR but not get any reply over mail of phone I also mailed to onboarding team regarding the issue but not yet any updates. I follow up everyday over the mail but i don't get any reply or mail communication. I am able to understating what is going on because, I was released form my previous company on behalf got offer from the Cognizant and all the onboarding formalities has been completed.

I got selected in cognizant and received offer letter also.I'm working in Capgemini and notice period is 3 months.
According to the offer letter my DOJ is 18 th october, as my notice period is 3 months, it's not possible to join 18th october.
I've continuously mailed to HR and also called him.I don't get any response from him.
I eagerly want to join in cognizant.
Please help me to get updated offer letter to correct joining date.

When asked for the expected salary, I requested 24 LPA (negotiable) and the HR I spoke to finalized it to 23 LPA on 26th June.

I was selected in interview process held on 2nd July.
On 12th July i got hr call that I got selected in technical interview and done with managerial round and need to submit further documents for HR discussion.
I send with required details.
Same day I got hr call on 16th July with confirmation of joining, salary discussion and designation.
I was given surety to get my offer letter in 2 days ...but it's been 5 days no update i got.
I tried to contact hr person but his number and mailed to him but no response.
Please resolve this ASAP.
I'm really hoping for positive response.

I have interviewed and received offer letter with joining date. But cognizant is delaying onboarding by showing the reason of P[censored]AN Name issue.

I have requested my previous employer to get the name change in P[censored]AN with all required concerned documents. It is under process with EPFO.

All this is not in my hand, i have all proof and documents of my differs, but still Cognizant is not accepting and going to withdrawn my offer.

Even after onboarding, this can be done as it is under process prior to joining. It is in EPFO hand, why cognizant making suffering to candidate. Please help me on this, as i need job on current situation. After multiple interviews, i have got selected and acquired an offer. My all previous experience documents are clear for background check, but showing simple reason towards P[censored]AN name differs is not correct. It impacts to my mental condition.

I was interviewed for SAP Security lead consultant. I was told i was selected and they proceeded with HR discussion and documents submission on 15th jun 2022. I was promised that offer will be released. But after that no further communication received. No response to emails or phone calls also. It been more than a month. Please let me know what further actions needs to be taken. I just want to know the status of my offer.

I am trying to connect with exithelp desk more than 4 months to complete my superannuation fund transfer but they are not responding even i loop top management people of cognizant but even though i am not getting any response from top management people nor from exit help desk....
