I had an HR discussion then I was told to receive an offer Letter soon after I complete my documentation. It's been 2 weeks since then, no one is responding to my call text and emails.

on 24th June I got an HR(Aarti Verma) email that I got selected in a technical interview and need to submit further documents for HR discussion. I sent the required details and documents on 27th June. But it's been almost 3 weeks since I don't get any HR(Aarti Verma) call or update.

About interview

My interview took place on 6 July and I received a call on 9 July, 2022 from HR stating that they are releasing my offer letter. I submitted all the related documents to the company on 11 July and since then I haven't heard back from anyone and no one is responding to my calls and Emails.

This is highly unprofessional behavior from such a big firm, I would say. If there was any issue in the HR discussion then atleast the company should call the candidate or atleast email them, so they know what is the exact issue that even after clearing all the technical rounds and submitting all the documents the company is not releasing the offer letter.

I have attended cognizant interview for Automation Tester role on 10th June and received a mail from cognizant HR that I cleared technical interview, upload the docs and CIS on 14 th June.
After submitting the docs no reply from the HR team for salary discussion and I sent multiple mails to followup on this issue to get an update but no reply from them till now....

I was selected in interview process held on 25th Jun.
On same day i got hr email that I got selected in technical interview and need to submit further documents for HR discussion.
I have sent with required details.
On 29th I got hr call on with confirmation of joining, salary discussion and designation.
I was given surety to get my offer letter ...
And asked me to update with live picture on 30th june and i did it on same day as she shared a link that works for 30mins only after that i have called to inform her but her phone was switched off or not reachedable so I emailed and acknowledged for the same. On july 1st i got a call again from her and she said your live picture was not updated i have informed about the thing and she said she will get back with the solution but till now no update i got.
I tried to contact hr person but her number is switched off/ not reachaable. I have Emailed her but no reply from her end
Please resolve this ASAP.
I'm really hoping for positive response.

We need inform you about the sub company SCORG is oppointing the persons without background verification sir without original documents they are oppointing sir . Already we email to SCORG company sir. But they are neglecting on this issue sir when we try to mail directly to cognizant they are blocking the mail please take immediate action sir.

It's been around month and offer letter is not dispatched yet. I tried to connect with HR team but no one is responding to my email.

I had my all interview and salary discussion on 25th June and recieve the confirmation mail. But till now I did not receive the offer latter and trying to contact HR she is not telling the excet status of offer latter.

The Cognizant company, feel it’s ok to contact, through SMS, randomly!
I received a message to my phone from “Ange” asking me to What’s App her. I did, In order to complain.
I was fed some unintelligible nonsense that appeared to be some auto response text. I questioned her regarding the manner in which she contacted me. The/her reply was defensive and somewhat curt, she then suddenly removed her identifying picture from What’s App and blocked me. How pleasant! I have the number and her picture. Could anyone from Cognizant care to respond? I’m rather keen to post the “Ange” conversation all over the digital social playground. Extremely rude people they seem to be.

My name is siddhesh i was selected in interview process held on 10th Jun.
On 13nd Jun i got offer letter but microsoft account linked with my mail id sid.[protected]@gmail.com is blocked so that i can not accept the letter yet due to portal so that BGV team of pune again repeated whole process but after 20 days no one responding me now
i just wanted my offer letter on new mail id so that i can recreate my microsoft account and able to complete bgv process

I gave technical round on 17th June and HR round on 21st June in which I was told I will receive offer letter in 5 to 7 days.
I still have not received any kind of communication from Cognizant about this.
No body is picking up calls as well.
