I was asked by cognizant to leave company on 20 March due to high bench period. Post that I had submitted all assets and have yet not got my experience letter and my settlement salary. Its been mire that 55 days now since Then I am following up with the exit team for my experience letter by no response. I have offers in hand but since I dont have experience letter I am unable to join the company.
Struggling a lot due to this

My last working day in cognizant Mar 06th 2023 till now i haven't received Experience documents, pay slips and Full & Final Settlement. i have mailed to ExithelpdeskIndia they told you will login Always cognizant portal and download document but I'm tried to login it shows signing issue. finally I'm unable to login Always cognizant portal.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I am a new joinee of cognizant. Previously I registered my authenticator for 1oneboarding cognizant portal. but unfortunately that application is lost in my mobile. I need to proceed with my formalities. From 4 days onwards i was trying to login but asking to approve in a mobile authenticator app. But i lost that application and I was trying to register again but showing error. unable to log in. my DOJ is 29/04/2023. but i am unable to join due to this error. again i have a joining date on 2/5/203. Could you please fix the issue.

I m unable to login into one cognizant portal since I factory reset my phone a week ago. Unfortunately, I didn't backup it to the cloud and it's showing my user account doesn't exist in tenant cognizant . I raised a query regarding this four days back yet my issue hasn't been solved .It would be helpful if you help with my login issue

Some people joined your company by panel management and fake certificates, I have their data, they are taking money saying that they will give jobs to some others, a person named Naveen Bodasu joined with fake experience and fake documents by their cousin brother, in Cognizant. How easy is it to fake?

I have raised Form 31 claim on EPFO Portal on 6th April, 2023, But it is under process from last more than 15 days.

As per my analysis for Online Claims it takes hardly 15-20 form complete settlement.

Would you please suggest and confirm the time estimation for settlement of claim Number: [protected].

I am not able to login into always cognizant portal because for multifactor authentication I have uaed authentication app, and I don't know how but authentication app got uninstalled and now I am not able to get those security code and because of this I am not able to login.Please help me in it

I am not able to login to one cognizant portal as i changed my phone and didn't add mobile number to 2FA due to which im stuck and not able to check my onboarding details. And to login i need to approve the login request through Microsoft Authenticator from which i have been logged out.

I'm the ex employee of CTS. I tried to get my experience letter and sent the email with the Job description to [protected]@cognizant.com. It is more than 2 weeks and there is no response from them inspite of me asking for the status multiple time. I mean literally no response at all. I don't even know whether they are operating.

Have attended the interview on 30/Mar/2023 and received mail for document submission on 03/Apr/2023. I have received a call from HR regarding salary discussion on 06/Apr/2023. No response received regarding the status of offer letter after 06/Apr/2023.

Please confirm the status of the offer letter It is very unfair to keep already selected people to keep waiting these many days without any update regarding the status. It would be helpful if you could provide an update at the earliest.

I am unable to login "https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com" I have to get my experience letter quickly but unable to login I am attaching the screenshot of the error I am trying to login from the same email where I receive all cognizant related emails but unable to do now was able to login in month of january

I have submitted my assets and ID card everything to cognizant and acknowledgment. But it has not been processed yet on cognizant side and I have been trying to reach the respective POC's and toll free number. But no one is responding and looks like they are completely ignoring all the mail sent to them.

I m Sudharshini ex employee of cognizant technology solutions(emp id-684473). I have a concern regarding my UAN no. Which has not linked with aadhar number, because of that I couldn't able to login in UAN portal nor the company which I need to onboard could able to process. Pop up is like" UAN is not linked with aadhar only previous employer can able to link aadhar".

Got response from exithelpdesk team they tried to link as my name is different as per UAN and aadhar, they sent a joint declaration form that need to send by employer and employee for update UAN and link aadhar to EPFO office.

As guided by exithelpdesk team have sent joint declaration forms along with proofs hard copy for UAN aadhar link to TCO cognizant, thoraipakkam and it is received by TCO office with stamp and signature. Please update the status whether the documents received to EPFO office and how to track further.

No response from later did they process to EPFO office or not

Kindly take intiate to process from TCO cognizant office to EPFO office and process as soon as possible, my onboarding is on hold in TCS.

This is a kind request regarding the status of my offer letter. I had been interviewed for the Job Profile of Cognizant's Phase 2 - Campus Hiring 2023- GenC & GenC Elevate - North on 29.09.2023. Later on, I got a mail that I have been selected for the role of GenC profile on 29.10.2023.
On 25.11.2023, I received a Letter of Intent from Cognizant which I accepted. But till now I haven’t received my offer letter.

I didn't resign from the company, but forcefully and illegally blocked my email and other services. on 20th Mar 2023. I got harassed many times by manager whenever getting new project or in current project. There is code of conduct and compliance in company, but working culture is against the compliance of the company. some of the senior employee along with HR targeting the such employee like me.
I am looking for the justice now.
