My name is Sahil Mahajan.

I appeared for a technical interview on May 13th, 2022. Before this interview, I submitted all the documents like compensation documents and payslips from my current company and filled job application form.

Post the interview, I got a call from HR and we had a positive discussion regarding the salary. However, it has been more than 4 weeks now and my offer is not getting released for some or the other reasons. The process is being delayed for no concrete reason.

      HR not responding to change date of joining in offer letter

      Address: Manyata techpark Bangalore

      I have received the offer letter from congnizant however the date of joining us given as the same date as my last working day in my current organization. I have been sending multiple emails to the recruiter and tried calling multiple times but no response. My date of joining is 21/06/2022 which needs to be changed. Need to HR's help on this ASAP...

      Hello I have done with the HR round on june 1st & also submitted the CIS form, Hr has told me that she will be sending my profile to business team to get the package approval.

      It's been more than 14 days still i didn't get the offer letter or any update from the HR about the offer letter, I have tried following up with the couple of recruiters who have contacted me but still no luck.

      I have invested my time in the interview process atleast i expect some update, Kindly release my offer letter.

        Hi I am a women were i am very unhappy working with cognizant i am not able to express such torcher getting from my process tl and hr they targeted our batch wantedly i am new join were no proper training providing and getting error and they blaming on us team and more when I am period time i am not able had my lunch and snacks in time also they not even understand the pain sometimes not giving break times as they wish no proper healthy it's not a small company to suggest basics needs in working time and break time from process associate congnizant

          Not received offer letter after CIS form submission and HR not responding to May mails and phone calls

          Hi Team,

          My self Venkatareddy.

          I have attend live interview with cognizant on 28 May 2022. Post that got call from HR on 31st May 2022 and she has confirmed that i have cleared the technical discussion and continued with HR discussion like package and notice period and she said that she will sending the profile to business for package approval. Later on June 2nd 2022 I have received the mail to submit CIS form...

          We need form 37 for the exit employee Reshma Banu but there is no response from the team and she is in a critical situation on which I have sent the multiple mail to the exit team. Please try to help her as soon as possible she is in need of this as per hospital requirement.

              Cognizant : Offer letter not released post HR discussion

              I am Rama Subramanian K. have attended technical interviews on 28th Apr 2022 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.

              Later on May 9, 2022 I got HR call and discussed about my package and designation, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter in a week, but it's been more than a month now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates (tried reaching on call and email).Still no updates.

              Please help me in getting the offer letter.

                  Hi,

                  I had a HR discussion on 3rd June and I had already submitted all of my documents as requested. After 8 days, I followed up with them through email. But they didn't respond. Then I had a discussion with HR and came to know it is pending with the recruiter. After calling the recruiter, he asked for my full name and email id and I provided those. Till then, he didn't respond back.

                    I have attended interview on April 30 2022 and submitted all require document for HR discussion with candidate information sheet on 9th May 2022 after that I didn't get any response.

                    Recently i.e. 6th June 2022, I got a call from HR department and asked me to acknowledge my primary email address for offer release as my profile associated with three email address in their database. Again no response till now.

                    Now I'm not sure whether that call is from Cognizant.

                      Hi,

                      I have been interviewed on 21st may 2022 and a day after i got mail from HR to submit CIS and send documents as well( which I did).

                      Then last week got call from HR for salary discussion and that also went fine and I have been informed that offer letter will release by next week but still waiting for it.
                      Tried to contact HR person but no one is responding on callmail nor on msg.

                      Waiting for offer letter.

                      Do not expect anything from Cognizant...Unprofessional, Unethically Hr this company has...After conducting HR round, done with salary package n confirm that offer letter will be released in one week but no offer letter released and after one month n half month those Unprofessional Hr are saying my candidature is rejected due to high experience(fyi...i was having 8 years of exp).
                      This company is just playing with ones emotion and hr are pathetic unprofessional...do not believe in there words...

                          I had applied for a position at cognizant
                          And had successfully cleared the initial online test rounds of the recruitment process. Also cleared techinical and Hr interview and selected for document verification round.My further interviews were scheduled on 4th April 2:30pm slot.

                          I had attended and was waiting for it to begin at 2.30pm.
                          I waited until 5:30 pm but the interview did not begin.
                          After which I received a notification email asking me to log off and expect a meeting invite for rescheduled interview.
                          Later I was eagerly waiting for a rescheduled meeting invite rather I received the below email stating the rejection of my application on the grounds of non attendence in the scheduled interview.

                              I got a call from HR reshma from cognizant yesterday. She told me to schedule interview for me then ask my mail id and she said this was already given so please give me any other mail id or your relatives mail id. Then today I called her for update she told me your profile is duplicates. I ask her the reason she only told give me any other mail id or relatives I'd. Then ask today this is not correct you only ask for me like this is not HR job and I cut the call she again called me and I didn't pick the call she messaged me very vulgar and she threatened me I block you she used bad words first the I used... Here I attached the screenshot of the message conversation. I am very upset pls do anything.she spoiled the organization name. I was depressed by her. Need to take action

Y you ask relative I'd... This is your mistake... Like that I asked... For that she using this kind of message first then I lost my patience... "Ena ithuku job venum nu vara" she said to me... Then only I used bad words... Very upset... I am asking only questions against her...but her response was very rude please take immediate action... Atlast she use very bad words then I am not texting her she called to scold me but I didn't attend the call. I need proper action...

                                  I completed interview from cognizant company for CIS Cognizant infra off campus- Graduate trainee/Engineer trainee the context of the TR and HR interviews that took place on 28/03/2022 and 29/03/2022 on superset platform.In HR had a good positive discussion with her regarding Package, joining date and Location.
                                  It's almost been 3 months I didn't hear anything from cognizant I have raised query several times but of no use.
                                  Therefore, I am writing this to request you to please send me a offer letter so that I can move ahead with other formalities. Or atleast tell me what's the reason for delaying
