Hi,

I have hired in January 2022 but I was been into this organization with another a payroll on 24th February 2022. But on the 2nd of March 2022 my login id has been blocked. I don't know the why it was been blocked.

I complained it too many officials but no one was taking care of it. Just as a reply they were some mails without proper content to understand. They were blaming that I have received a otp mail which was not taken care of me to reset the account. These all process took around for 56 days .They have terminated within 37 days after getting into the payroll. But they have informed me by still taking an 19 days extra time by putting some extra force to clear the issue.

Still I have not received a single penny from the February 2022 till the end date.

I feel very unfortunate to write this complaint as I am keenly looking forward to joining Cognizant even now. My first interview date was on 3rd March 2022, I had already submitted all the supporting documents as requested by my recruiter along with duly filled CIS form in the initial weeks since this would save time and effort later. I have cleared all the rounds and last spoke to the HR on 25th March regarding CTC but did not hear any confirmation since.

I do not wish to disclose any further information due to confidential reasons however I had been last told that due to internal delays my offer is still under processing.

It has been 3 weeks now and I have no clue what is happening nor when I can expect any confirmation.

Sincerely request the support staff to please expedite this matter as I see many more like myself facing this ordeal.

After weeks of anxiety, I have finally received the official release of my offer letter. Thank you. For folks who are reading this and currently waiting for your offer letter, I can only request you to have a little faith and patience. Once you have cleared your round with a positive conclusion you will receive your offer letter eventually. Just stay in touch with your recruiter on weekly basis.

Same for me as well. Just worried why is it happening. I saw so many complaints like this and couldn't understand why the candidates have been interviewed multi times and offer letters are not released even after salary discussions. It's giving mental pressure and demotivating for aspiring candidates.

Just tell yourself "All is well". I'm telling myself the same. Just reading other resolved complaints and noticed a pattern of almost 1 month until resolution had been given. So hang in there mate. You aren't alone.

My Name is Saroj Mishra and I attended cognizant interview on 12th March 2022 and had a Positive discussion with HR on 17th March regarding Package and joining. I was told that I would receive the offer letter in next 7-10 working days.

So far, no further communication received and unable to connect with HR over a call as well.

I expect at least some communication from the company side.

I have the same issue I have also got confirmed by HR that I will receive my offer letter in one or two days. but still haven't received anything. Just worried if there is some real delay then candidate can be informed accordingly. Hoping I will receive the offer letter soon.

I'm experienced professional having experience of 6.5 years.
I have given 2 rounds of technical interview on 31st March &1st April and on 2nd April was asked to submit the CIS along with other documents. I had submitted all the documents and waited for 4-5 days but no response from HR.

I was trying to reach HR but he didn't respond neither on phone nor over the email.

Luckily one day (10th April) he picked up the call and said business approval is pending and it will be done in 2-3 days, I'm still waiting and he is not responding at all.

It's not fair at all that all the day employee to call hr and hr keeps ignoring.

I was very much sure to get offer later according to feedback received during technical discussion. I'm still waiting for the update and looking forward for positive response.

Hii,
Myself Abhilasha Sawant. I have completed Technical round and HR round on 17th March and 23rd March 2022 respectively for the role genc trainee programmer analyst . During HR round they ask for the documents also. I provided all the necessary information and docs for which th--ey ask for. HR told me that be ready with 2 dose vaccination certificate, But after that till now I didn't receive any mail or update for further process or offer letter.
Please direct me for the above.

Hi Bro, i attended my HR round on 20-Nov-2021, but i received a Mail regarding my performance and Selection on 15-Jan-2021 and offer letter in April .so Please wait patiently .

I am cheruku sindhuja. I have successfully completed my Technical interview round on 9th Dec, 2021 and HR round on 11th Dec, 2021. But I did not receive any updates from the company for a long time. Later I received a mail regarding "Result evaluation in progress" on 22nd Dec, 2021.Later i have received a me reagrding immediate joining for engineer trainee role on march 3th 2022.

But I did not receive further updates regarding this.it’s been almost 5months i got interviewed by the company.

Hi Team,

I am waiting from 11th December for my offer letter after the HR has confirmed that they will release the offer letter in and but now it's been almost 5 months but still didn't get the offer letter. Atleast please confirm the status of the offer letter whether it will take time or it is in hold or if rejected. It is very unfair to keep already selected people to keep waiting these many days without any update regarding the status. It would be helpful if you could provide an update at the earliest.

Hi i know a person working in cts and he had submitted fake document while joining CTS. Also, for making money through illegal modes he had been cheating people and doing fraud with them. Please let me know the process for filing the complain against this fraud person and also would like to know the email id of the concern person in Cognizant who deals with such cases.

After clearing L1 and L2 technical rounds I have recy a call from HR, He asked me to provide form 16 for past companies. I said him cleary i can provide form 16 for whichever companies provided to me, but very old companies they didn't provide Form 16 and they haven't deducted TDS so if you want I can share the bank statements. But HR said He can't process the offer letter without Form 16. I don't understand one thing, before scheduling L1...
