I feel very unfortunate to write this complaint as I am keenly looking forward to joining Cognizant even now. My first interview date was on 3rd March 2022, I had already submitted all the supporting documents as requested by my recruiter along with duly filled CIS form in the initial weeks since this would save time and effort later. I have cleared all the rounds and last spoke to the HR on 25th March regarding CTC but did not hear any confirmation since.
I do not wish to disclose any further information due to confidential reasons however I had been last told that due to internal delays my offer is still under processing.
It has been 3 weeks now and I have no clue what is happening nor when I can expect any confirmation.
Sincerely request the support staff to please expedite this matter as I see many more like myself facing this ordeal.

Complaint marked as Resolved After weeks of anxiety, I have finally received the official release of my offer letter. Thank you. For folks who are reading this and currently waiting for your offer letter, I can only request you to have a little faith and patience. Once you have cleared your round with a positive conclusion you will receive your offer letter eventually. Just stay in touch with your recruiter on weekly basis.
