Hi, My name is Shireen Salma,

I have been interviewed in Cognizant on 5th Feb(12:30pm-1:00pm).
Post the interview On 18th Feb I got a call from the HR to have a salary discussion and the joining date and as promised that I would receive the offer letter in 2 weeks(7-8 working days) but not reply.

On 3rd March I got a call from HR asking that the mail sent to me are bouncing back, after the discussion I got to know that they have saved my mail id wrongly it was the*****@gmail.com they have saved it as [protected]@gmail.com. After lot of discussion HR told me to create a new mail id with tha***@gmail.com. which I have done.

From 3rd of March I have no response from the HR as well as from Cognizant. I have tried reaching out the HR on there Phone but no reply. I have put all my hope on this company and didn't receive any offer letter yet. I have my Last working day near by.

Hi.I am Farzana and I was interviewed by cognizant and recived offer letter 2times in the month of Nov11, 2021 with my DOJ as 23rd Dec.Whereas noone reverted back including HR or cognizant te on the DOJ and now I am left jobless

Kadiveti sireesha present working in CTS, she had applied fake working experience from the previous companies and joined in your company . Please take action againts her . If not I will go legally asco pant is hiring fke candidates and not giving opportunity to freshers and wirthful candidates.

I had a online interview with Cognizant set up by mounika.[protected]@cognizant.com and as per me, it went very well. I have been trying to reach for next steps or at least a reply. I invested 2 hours from my busy schedule for this interview and expect at least a reply back as courtesy.

We (my daughter and myself, his wife) were outsted from our homes due to physical abuse, emotional abuse and no financial support. Since then we have tried to talk to him to support me and my child financially if not in any other way, he has refused. He has denied our right to take our belongings from our home and is refusing to come to a decision on marriage and child custody. Cases have been filed in civil and family court and the police station but he has found ways to drag this on for over a year now.

My child's admission to school is pending and he has refused to complete the admission by not signing on the forms, giving his documents or paying the fees. Because of this, i was forced to homeschool her in 2021. At this time, the court is taking a lot of time, giving dates after dates. I had earlier approached Cognizant HR when he had fled to US by filing cases against me in court and they had refused to divulge any information about his whereabouts. Now, i'm left in the dark as he continues to evade the law.

Can Cognizant counsel your employee and ask him to resolve this. I'm asking him to do the bare minimum immediately so that my child does not miss another year of school.

My Name is Harshil Fudani and I attended cognizant interview on 17th Feb 2022 and had a Positive discussion with HR on 15th March regarding Package and joining, I was told that I would receive the offer letter in next 7-10 working days.

So far, no further communication received and unable to connect with HR over a call as well.

I expect at least some communication from the company side.

In 2020 i got selected for cognizant but accidentally my profile picture got wrongly uploaded i.e signature pic and BGV got rejected and now in 2022 March again got selected and I uploaded my correct picture in Candidate information sheet but still the previous picture only reflecting. I tried to contact but I didn't got any response and my DOJ is on 4th April. I afraid that it again might get rejected. So I need to reupload, how can it be...

I have cleared all the technical rounds and had a HR discussion about Designation and package on 24-Mar-22 and she promised I will receive an offer with 2-3 days.
Till now I haven't received any offer letter either communication.
I try to reach her over the phone and email unfortunately there is no response.

There are so many people in COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED working with fake experiences and double employment which is increasing unemployment. So many people with fake experiences, Double employment & job with one person name and other person in supporting technically this is really worsen the process.

Hi i am Aayushi and my superset id is 696168, Actually yesterday in evening i had received mail from superset that Cognizant has now been scheduled my interview on March, 24, from 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM, I have been login on time through my superset id and wait for the interview but there was no response from interviewer side please clarify the what happened and resolve my issue as soon as possible thanku.

I had applied for Process Executive role (Voice) Mangalore location in your company. After a few days, I got a call from your HR( Name: Swathi, Ph No: [protected], Location: Andhra Pradesh, as per truecaller details). When I had got the call, I could not receive it due to my phone's issue. I tried calling to the number back once I saw the missed call in the log. But she was not responding to my call ( I tried calling many times continuously for 3 days) but my call was not answered. The number would be coming busy and also she declined my call on purpose. I also messaged her on WhatsApp and also put a sms but still the story is same.
A person always cannot answer a call due to personal reasons or technical reasons. But whenever a person tries calling you back or tries to connect with you multiple times for 3 continuous days and thrice by text, I can atleast expect a response right? Really disappointed by your HR as I was interested to take up the role. A candidate never ignores a call or declines a call from HR on purpose.
