I had applied for Process Executive role (Voice) Mangalore location in your company. After a few days, I got a call from your HR( Name: Swathi, Ph No: [protected], Location: Andhra Pradesh, as per truecaller details). When I had got the call, I could not receive it due to my phone's issue. I tried calling to the number back once I saw the missed call in the log. But she was not responding to my call ( I tried calling many times continuously for 3 days) but my call was not answered. The number would be coming busy and also she declined my call on purpose. I also messaged her on WhatsApp and also put a sms but still the story is same.
A person always cannot answer a call due to personal reasons or technical reasons. But whenever a person tries calling you back or tries to connect with you multiple times for 3 continuous days and thrice by text, I can atleast expect a response right? Really disappointed by your HR as I was interested to take up the role. A candidate never ignores a call or declines a call from HR on purpose.

I took L1 and L2 round of interviews and cleared the same. After this I got the confirmation form HR(Harini Gopinath) over phone that she will proceed to release the offer.
Since then it's been 3 weeks I am calling the HR and there is no response. I don't know why they are not responding. I have invested my time and efforts and now there is no response not even an email response. This is such an unprofessional behaviour from the Cognizant team.

I have cleared all the technical rounds and had a HR discussion about Designation and package on 15-Mar-22 and she promised I will receive an offer with 2-3 days.
Till now I haven't received any offer letter either communication.
I try to reach her over the phone and email unfortunately there is no response.

Later on I got an call from CTS i.e HR called we discussed about my package and designation.after the HR confirmed that she will release offer letter.

Still I haven't received my offer letter yet and also no updates.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I have given an interview for Cognizant, profile: Linux Administrator, on Feb 18 2022, Cleared all rounds. They have asked to update photo and documents, HR Discussion also happened.They said they will take approval and release the offer letter.Now 1 month is about to complete but still I haven't received the offer letter and also didn't get any update regarding my offer.

My Name is Hari Sreekumar and I attended the cognizant interview on 19th Feb 2022 and received the HR call and had the package discussion on 25th Feb 2022 stating that I was selected and would receive the offer letter on 4th March. So far, no communication were there and HR is not even responding to the calls. The talent acquisition team is also not responding back to the mails. Instead of not responding, at least they should inform in case we missed any steps or reply back to let us know if it is still in process.

Whenever I am logging in to lockdown system it is taking too much time and after starting the test it's automatically getting server reach out and now I am unable to give the exam so i have a request that please reschedule my test.

Candidate ID - 8116708, I got selected through campus interview in 2016. But I was never communicated for offer letter. And after some months I got an e-mail stating that I have declined the offer letter as per HR records. Really terrible !!!

Cognizant offered me job for PAT role and after three months of waiting, they are sending me a mail about not having vacancy on this role . I refused other company's offer letter for cognizant . Cognizant is ruining my future and this is highly irresponsible and unprofessional .
