I am Swapnil Patil I got selected in cognizant for GenC Developer role on 20 jan 2022 and My HR round successfully completed on 20 November 2021 its almost 4 months are over but I didn't receive Offer letter from Cognizant
Also there is No communication email address from cognizant for further processing
I request You please Update me regarding when will I get offer letter from Cognizant?

      I got selection mail for gemc developer pat role on jan 20 2022 after that they are sending survey mail for cis role but im waiting for pat offer letter. some say there is no business requirement for pat role then why they conducted interviews somemany people are waiting from 3 months. kindly resolve this issue

        Hi Team,

        I received confirmation of HR completion round and got mail for CIS submission from Cognizant on 23 Dec 2021. It was given that after 15-20 days they will release offer letter, But till today i.e. 3 March 2022, there is not any Update.

        Can anyone help me on this.

                  Unable to register for onboarding

                  I am unable to register for onboarding at onecognizant portal with my microsoft account. It shows access denied under onboarding section. My internship was already begun at Feb 12. Someone please help me to complete the process and onboard.

                  Dear Team,
                  I am Sriram Ramesh.I have attended cognizant interview on 22nd of Jan 2022.I got a call from HR stating that I have cleared the interview and had package discussion completed. He asked me to fill the online CIS form which I have filled and was informed post that offer letter will be rolled out. After that there was no updates from CTS regarding offer letter and when I tried to contact the HR through numerous calls and mails there was absolutely no response from him till today which is totally disappointing. As candidates we deserve atleast response from the HRs as we are putting in our precious time to attend interviews and fill out all the requested details/documents .Please help me out to solve this issue

                    On boarding pass delayed

                    It's been 10+ days ofter my doj passed,
                    But i didn't received my on boarding pass or next doj!
                    There is no issue with BGV and PJF
                    how long it takes to I get next doj...

                    Actually I got mail like' your document is pending plz upload it that is Letter of Authorization then I uploaded letter of Authorization document in PORTAL.AFTER FEW MINUTES I got one mail that is your BGV documents re verified successfully.Again after few minutes I got mail like' your document is pending plz upload it that is Letter of Authorization then I uploaded letter of Authorization document in PORTAL.

                    This thing happened no of times what is issue I don't know.

                    Finnally in the morning time I got mail like' your BGV completed 😀

                    When I will get onboarding pass..
                    My joining date will be tmrw.

                      I have completed my interview on 29th Jan 2022. And completed hr discussion on 31st Jan.
                      I have submitted CIS form on 1st Feb 2022.

                      It's been 3weeks since i submitted CIS form and I didn't receive any reply or offer letter from them.

                      I tried contacting HR but they are ignoring my calls and messages.

                      I'm trying to know whether I will receive offer letter or not. If yes what is the expected waiting period

                        Hi all,
                        i had attended 3rd round of technical interview in CTS on 14th Feb 2022 for oracle fusion hcm.I got confirmation from recruiter that today hr will call me for salary discussion and today till 23rd Feb 2022 that hr discussion didn’t happen.

                        I called hr and she said that some approval is pending and that is the reason she is nit proceeding further and they are neither receiving my call nor replying to mails.

                        If they are so irresponsible then why do they waste time of others by scheduling interviews if can’t update the status of it.

                            I have attended virtual interview on cognizant on Jan 13th after that had HR discussion on jan 21st still now I didn't receive offer letter. HR said offer letter will be given within 1 week till then I have not heard from then and no responses from them

                            I have again received call from another cts hr for job for the same role and they got my details don't know what's happening.

                              My DOJ is given as 12th Feb 2022 for virtual Internship CTS. I didn't receive onboarding pass so I kept mailing them. I finally received a mail to re-accept the offer letter on 18th Feb 2022 . I accepted it, seems like it's repeating again even though I re-accept offer letter, still no change regarding DOJ (no got any mail, no change in 1c portal too).
