I have received my Internship Offer Letter and my Name is Completely Incorrect where they have put my father's name(K Rajendran) instead of my name (R SUCHITHA) . I have been raising tickets for past three days and it is put you will get a reply within 48 hours but still I have not got any reply so far. what is this? there was no explanation. very unprofessionalism here....

I did not submit one document and was not able to get onboarded on Dec 30, 2021. I also got an email from Cognizant that I was not able to onboard due to technical issues and will be get new DOJ. I am still not able to submit Percentage document as the Background Verification Portal is closed and have not got the next DOJ yet....
