Hello Team,
I am cheruku sindhuja. I have successfully completed my Technical interview round on 9th Dec, 2021 and HR round on 11th Dec, 2021. But I did not receive any updates from the company for a long time. Later I received a mail regarding "Result evaluation in progress" on 22nd Dec, 2021.Later i have received a me reagrding immediate joining for engineer trainee role on march 3th 2022.

But I did not receive further updates regarding this.it’s been almost 5months i got interviewed by the company.

I Kindly request you to please help me get the updates regarding my selection...

Hi Team,

I am waiting from 11th December for my offer letter after the HR has confirmed that they will release the offer letter in and but now it's been almost 5 months but still didn't get the offer letter. Atleast please confirm the status of the offer letter whether it will take time or it is in hold or if rejected. It is very unfair to keep already selected people to keep waiting these many days without any update regarding the status. It would be helpful if you could provide an update at the earliest.

This is Mahima Chauhan.This is to inform you that my interview for cognizant graduate trainee was schedule on 1 April timming 3:30 to 5:30 pm but due to technical issue, I am not able to enter and I tried my best to attend that but not able to attend that interview, there is an error.Then I received email that my interview is not completed .please, try to reschedule my interview as soon as possible.I am intrested for this job and I cleared both the round(assesment, group discussion round).I hope you will understand my problem.My suprest Id is 2709833

Hi i know a person working in cts and he had submitted fake document while joining CTS. Also, for making money through illegal modes he had been cheating people and doing fraud with them. Please let me know the process for filing the complain against this fraud person and also would like to know the email id of the concern person in Cognizant who deals with such cases.

Hi Team,

I am Rakshith. I have attended two rounds of technical interviews on 5th March 2022 and 8th March 2022 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.

Later on 17th March 2022, I got an HR call and discussed my package and designation, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter in 7 days, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I had my Technical interview round on 16th March which went quite good and the HR interview round on 17th March which was basically document check and various other confirmation. It all went quite well and it's been nearly 3 weeks and I haven't received any response. Please let me know what happened, if I was selected or rejected. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my pre joining formalities with Cognizant.
In the PAN declaration form my DOB is incorrect. The form is non editable and i am not able to make changes into the form.

The DOB reflecting in the form is 09-Apr-1995 whereas my correct DOB is 04-Sept-1995.

I tried connecting to my HR but there is no response from the HR and onboarding India process team.

Kindly help me how can I proceed further for smooth onboarding in Cognizant

Hi, My name is Shireen Salma,

I have been interviewed in Cognizant on 5th Feb(12:30pm-1:00pm).
Post the interview On 18th Feb I got a call from the HR to have a salary discussion and the joining date and as promised that I would receive the offer letter in 2 weeks(7-8 working days) but not reply.

On 3rd March I got a call from HR asking that the mail sent to me are bouncing back, after the discussion I got to know that they have saved my mail id wrongly it was the*****@gmail.com they have saved it as [protected]@gmail.com. After lot of discussion HR told me to create a new mail id with tha***@gmail.com. which I have done.

From 3rd of March I have no response from the HR as well as from Cognizant. I have tried reaching out the HR on there Phone but no reply. I have put all my hope on this company and didn't receive any offer letter yet. I have my Last working day near by.

Hi.I am Farzana and I was interviewed by cognizant and recived offer letter 2times in the month of Nov11, 2021 with my DOJ as 23rd Dec.Whereas noone reverted back including HR or cognizant te on the DOJ and now I am left jobless

I had an interview with cognizant on 19th march 2022. I received the technical round selection and CIS documents request mail on 21st March 2022. I submitted the required documents and CIS form the same day but its been 2 weeks now and still no update from the HR on this and neither any discussion nor any offer letter i have received. Kindly look into the issue and update as soon as possible. I am already in my last days of my notice and will be released from the current organisation very soon.

I am not able to login into on-boarding portal of cognizant.I am getting error that sorry we are not able to proceed you further.What could be done for this?

I have attended interview on March 18. Cleared all rounds including HR on March 23. HR TOLD me I will getting offer in a week. But still no response.i emailed and tried reaching them by call but no response. I have performed very well in interview. Kindly please give me the status of offers Letter

I had a online interview with Cognizant set up by mounika.[protected]@cognizant.com and as per me, it went very well. I have been trying to reach for next steps or at least a reply. I invested 2 hours from my busy schedule for this interview and expect at least a reply back as courtesy.

We (my daughter and myself, his wife) were outsted from our homes due to physical abuse, emotional abuse and no financial support. Since then we have tried to talk to him to support me and my child financially if not in any other way, he has refused. He has denied our right to take our belongings from our home and is refusing to come to a decision on marriage and child custody. Cases have been filed in civil and family court and the police station but he has found ways to drag this on for over a year now.

My child's admission to school is pending and he has refused to complete the admission by not signing on the forms, giving his documents or paying the fees. Because of this, i was forced to homeschool her in 2021. At this time, the court is taking a lot of time, giving dates after dates. I had earlier approached Cognizant HR when he had fled to US by filing cases against me in court and they had refused to divulge any information about his whereabouts. Now, i'm left in the dark as he continues to evade the law.

Can Cognizant counsel your employee and ask him to resolve this. I'm asking him to do the bare minimum immediately so that my child does not miss another year of school.

My Name is Harshil Fudani and I attended cognizant interview on 17th Feb 2022 and had a Positive discussion with HR on 15th March regarding Package and joining, I was told that I would receive the offer letter in next 7-10 working days.

So far, no further communication received and unable to connect with HR over a call as well.

I expect at least some communication from the company side.
