Greetings of the day!
Yesterday morning, I got an email from Cognizant regards the onboarding process. But, I am facing some technical issues while accessing the registration page.
Actually, I had already a Microsoft Account from my personal email id, and I was again registering an account with the same email id.
That's why these technical issues were raised. And I did not get any procedures who have already a Microsoft account from the same email id.
I am sharing some screenshots of that page where I am in trouble for logging in. Please try to find the attachments.
I was trying to login & I have an existing account from: rk.[protected]@gmail.com
Kindly help me to complete this onboarding process smoothly.
