I am Avinash.
I have attended two rounds of technical and manager interviews on 1st September and then they delayed the process till next month from 1st notification of 2nd round on 9th september, finally giving the confirmation of 2nd round on 8th october 2021 and got confirmation saying to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.

Later after around 13 days on 25th oct 2021, I got HR call and discussed about my package and designation, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter after confirmation and approval. One point to note here is that initially when i was contacted by their third party HR, i was told that there is no salary constraint and now after all the interview rounds are done, they are waiting for confirmation, It has been almost a month, not sure how much time would a confirmation would take but process is delayed very long.
It has been almost 3 months now that the interview process had started off and still I haven't got my offer letter and also they are not giving any timelines.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I(JAGADISH A M) attended interviews of two rounds, both technical, then hr called and discussed about prefered location and document verification also. She told that offer letter would be released within a week but yet no update from them.

I received my offer letter on 19/11/2021 and was given a deadline of 1 week to accept the offer.
However, my name in the offer letter is slightly misspelt from my original.
By misspelt I mean that Last Name and Initials are put together as one single word and no seperated. Please resolve this issue...

I got resignation acceptance letter on my last working day but in that also name was given wrongly. I have raised multiple tickets to resolve this issue. My current organization is asking me to correct this as soon as possible.

My name is Poornaprasath, i have cleared GenC level interview on 13th November 2021 (Hr round) and got OFFERED in superset portal but did not get any updates through mail! Kindly send me the updates through mail! Thanks and Regards!

I attended CTS interview on Oct 8th, 2021 and only after 10 days, I had HR discussion on Oct 19th. In which, we finalized the deal and the HR promised that after getting approval from their superior, he will sent offer asap since I have provide my immediate joining on Nov 10th, 2021. And asked me to call to the number for any queries to discuss.

But after 3 days, I called to his number since I haven't got any mail or call. But no reply. No one attended the calls. But when I discussed with the Consultant who referred the interview, he said it is confirmed and asked me to wait for few more days. And now, it's been a month and no any mails from them.

Because of their assurance, I resigned my Job on Oct to get released soon from my prev company to join exactly on my joining date of Nov 10th. But I am a fool now. Lost my job. Lost my Nov month salary and everything.
The more frustration part is that today morning, I got a mail from Naukri that CTS is looking for the same role that I had interview with. I'm not sure whether to laugh or feel sad.

If you cant manage your company, then why recruit with interviews and waste of our time and life if you are not serious enough.

As part of the organization, I worked for the Chennai region. I am from Chattisgarh and I've been working for the past 10 months. I was literally bullied by my managers to receive the asset late.
I did not take a single leave till 1.5 months ago. due to very bad health, I could not work in my notice period. after a few days, my account was blocked and I contacted my home manager (because I was not allotted a primary Talent manager even after raising the ticket more than 11 times). He provided me with a number to contact GSD. it never connected me to any agent to sort things out. The next day I receive a mail stating "Job Abandonment - Notice Period unserved – shortfall – Reg."

I had previously told my managers about my plan to study abroad, now all the procedures for asset submission and RAL are pending because there are no responses. whereas the mail states that the response will be given in three days.
I tried contacting the Phone numbers provided none of them connect. I have 3 weeks left to leave this country in these circumstances no helpdesk is working properly.

I have given my interview on 9th November but still I didn't get reply. My interview went very well. When I'll get my result?

My DOJ was 15/Nov/21 and due to doc verification it delayed and postponed to 22/Nov/21. Now all of sudden onboarding portal down from last one day. HR is not responding and proving update. If its going to take time why HR is not sending updated offer letter? I think it will again get postponed. Is any one facing portal login issue where is says your email is not with love.com not found in tanent Cognizant?

I am Sushil Kumar. I have attended two rounds of technical interviews on 7th October and 27th October 2021 and got confirmation on call saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.

Later on 2nd November 2021, I got HR call and discussed about my package and designation, but it's been more than 15 days now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I was interviewed on 22nd Oct, 2021 and on 27th Oct I got the confirmation mail from CTS to submit the documents for HR Verification. I have sent the CIS form after filling it along with all the required supporting documents. I had a salary discussion session with HR on 30th Oct, 2021 and it was told that Offer Letter would be generated within 14 days.

It's almost 18 days and I didn't receive OL as of now.

After submitting all the documents to the hr still waiting for the on boarding pass, i was suppose to join by 17/11/2021 as per the offer letter. They asked me the form 16 for my first company where i worked for 3 years and i have not received any form 16 in this duration as my salary was not taxable.
So he was asked me conformation mail from my first company then my first company MD was sent a mail to cognizant Hr. I have submitted...

I have received offer letter, my date of Joining is 19th November 2021 but till now I haven’t received onboarding. Contacted hr and onboarding team but no response. Surprisingly the recruiter email mentioned in my offer letter is not in cognizant anymore, don’t know how can they will be so careless.

I received my offer letter on 30 aug 2021. after almost two months of waiting I received my date of joining as 10 nov. But even after submitting all the documents before time my onboarding pass did not generate.
At this point this is very frustrating to wait. when i mailed them they said due to middle name issue my pass did not generated. i mean how dumb they can be. All these documents i submit and they cant find out what my middle...

Candidate id 17787522, the candidate got selected on August 21, 2021 in cognizant company and received offer letter on August 30, 2021. But dint receive any call letter any information about joining date and location till now, as it is getting delay due to the new changes. We request you to slove this issue as early as possible. My name is Soumya Bharti.

I gave my interview for GenC developer on 23rd July 2021 through Superset and received the selection mail from them on 21st Aug 2021. It was written that there will be further verification process steps and then an offer letter will be sent out. I enquired my peers regarding the same and got to know that they've received it within two weeks of the selection mail.

It has already been three months since then. Kindly take action regarding this issue.

I had my technical interview on 23rd October and my HR discussion on 28th October. I was told that the offer letter would be sent in 2 weeks. That time has passed and still no response. No one responds from the HR team as well.

There should be some sort of transparency and communication
