Hi, I was offered a position with cognizant and received my offer letter and pre joining formalities email. But I'm unable to open one cognizant portal (blank page is displaying) to accept the offer or to upload other required documents. I drafted a mail to support team but there is no response from them. I tried to contact my recruiter but getting his number is switched off from past 4 days. Im in a confusion that is it good to resign from current organization or not? Please guide me whom should I approach to get my issue resolved.

Hi,
My old food card is not a smart card. SO I applied for a new one and is active now.
But the money from old card is not transferred to new card. I am not sure whom to contact for food card related issues.

Later on 26th October 2021, I got HR call and discussed about my package and prefer location, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer within a week, but still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I have attended HR round in October 16, HR gave verbal confirmation mentioning i will receive offer letter within a time frame of 2 weeks. I am yet to receive offer letter. Kindly expedite the process for rolling out the offer letter. I have sent reminder email to POC in mail.

I am Maneesh Kumar (SAP BW/HANA Consultant), I have attended technical interview in Month of May and in month of July got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.

Later on I got HR call and discussed about my package and designation, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter, but it's been more than three month now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.

I had registered for the Cognizant exam but did not get exam link mail even after clearing all eligibilty criterias.All my friends had received mail and also had given the exam.I registered on superset.

Later on 20th October 2021, I got HR call and discussed about my package and date of joining and joining location, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter in 2-3 days, but it's been more than 8 days now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.
On 21 June 2021 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.
After that there is no reply from HR.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I attended an interview on 6 Oct and I cleared dat interview.i get a mail on 7 Oct to submit the documents.i submitted those documents and I get a call from CTS as we discussed abt package and she said Hr will call u back. From there onwards no one contact me and I dropped a mail to hr she didn't give any reply. So please help me for this process..

After that I have'nt got any updates from Cognizant regarding the HR discussion or further process.tried multiple times to contact but no response.

Hi my cognizant portal access has been revoked stating I have declined the offer letter but I have already accepted it my date of joining is 1 Nov and I have already resigned from my current company

I have done hr discussion on Oct 12 but offer not yet received. While asking to poc, they have initiated and other team will contact me for further process. I don't understand what process is there? Did anyone face the same issue?

I had given interview on 9th Oct 2021 and got hr call on 12th October for salary and all other discussion happened.After that I didn't got any updates and hr is not replying to my mails and he switched off the his cell phone as well..
Can anyone help me for the next steps?
Why they are wasting candidates time and all.
Let me know where I can raise the ticket and all for this issue.

I have cleared my technical interview on 30 september 2021 and HR discussion on 4th october 2021, HR said I will receive my offer with in 10 working days after that no update no one responding to emails and calls, when can expect my offer letter ?

I am Indranil Chatterjee. I have attended technical interview on 29.09.2021, later on 04.10.2021 I got HR call and told me that I have cleared my technical round interview as well as asked me some questions like my educational qualifications, my current CTC, my expected CTC etc and told me they send me an email for documents verification.
On 06.10.2021 I got an email where asked me to submit required documents along with CIS form, then I submitted required documents and CIS form with required details and replied back on 07.10.2021
Now it's been more than 15 days now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

My appraisal 2017 was mishandled by the supervisor assigned in november 2017. Having not involved into my deliverables, his role is to only get feedback from delivery in charge and provide. But after multiple asks, he mentioned deliverables are not the reason but behaviour that I had spoken angrily to manager, him, QA Team and an associate director. Having asked that could have been discussed, he mentioned these things would not be discussed and noone acted in the team. I see his subjectiveness/lack of experience had impacted my appraisal that year. The onsite manger in charge of delivery had mentioned that only three were suggested for first rating and I'm one among them. The offshore had turned to second rating as the offshore manager had mentioned he had gone with the leads. After the project success in september 2017 in the project I had been key member, I see minor acts of mine from work stress were manipulated by the supervisor to retaliate/tarnish the work from possible insecurity of position. I had not taken the lead role and wanted to focus more of technical complex projects. I had got intermittent quartely feedbacks in that year 2017 that were good but the reasons that offshore project manager and the leads were providing were not valid and it appeared manager was defending them as for the dependency on the new project. Having data points not communicated effectively to horizontal healthcare team by the supervisor or the horizontal team not getting intermittent feedback through the year, my work was not evaluated and my performance was incorrectly evaluated as third rating. As it is dedicated hardwork done for the whole year 2017 with multiple deliverables, I see my performance evaluation has not happened in the proper way and impacted my mental health and further promotion cycles. I see my case to be investigated and appropriately answered for the sufferings i had to undergo from the mishandled appraisal.

HR is not responding to my request from the last 3-4 emails. Where I have mentioned that, I want to discuss the queries I have. Even I took the followup but still no response

I received an "Offer Letter" email from "Kamalakannan" HR and to him only I requested around 2-3 times that please call me to discuss something. After 2-3 emails, "Kamalakannan" HR sent me email with just two words (i.e. Looping Rashmika).br...
