Hi,
My date of joining is 03-Nov-2021 but from 3rd Oct 2021 onwards i am not able to login to cognizant portal. I had completed all my formalities, BGV was complete.
I am not able to contact my assigned HR. He is neither responding to calls nor replying over mails.

I am in a danger situation right now.
Please help

Updated by Jainshal I received update today from HR ( who was not responding till date) that My offer letter was rejected due to Collabera Technologies Solutions (my previous employment).
Although i didn't get any notification about the rejection. In fact, i got the call that my BGV was successfully completed.

Now, they are generating new offer and they will send it by EOD today.
I will update here once i get it.

Also, You can call Cognizant customer care number - [protected] if nothing works.
This customer care number will guide you whom to drop email.

Some email id's that i used to drop mails are - [protected]@cognizant.com, [protected]@cognizant.com, [protected]@cognizant.com, [protected]@cognizant.com and your respective recruiter.

Although i didn't get any notification about the rejection. In fact, i got the call that my BGV was successfully completed.

Now, they are generating new offer and they will send it by EOD today.
I will update here once i get it.

Also, You can call Cognizant customer care number - 18002086999 if nothing works.
This will guide you whom to drop email.

    Onboarding Pass is not issued

    22nd October 2021 is my joining in CTC but I didn't receive onboarding pass and any communication from CTC...

    Hi Team,
    I am Sandi Poojitha .I have cleared my technical interview on 7 April 2021.I got a mail which stated that I had selected to Cognizant on 22 May 2021.But I didn't receive offer letter till then .I have raised this complaint to HR team of Cognizant .Nobody was responded to me till now. Please let me know the status of my job either its in hold or rejected.

      Hi i got offer letter on June its been 4 months i still haven't received my joining date yet all my batch mates have already got there joining date long batch i am the only one who hasn't received it yet i have tried to contact cognizant but i get only system generated reply can any one please help me out

        It's been 17 days still there's no reply from recruiter POC. Be patient and start looking for other opportunities. It's good to have some backup.

        Hi,
        i also attended HR discussion on oct 1. after that I didn't get any update from CTC. i tried to call to HR person continuously through different numbers then they replyed that I will receive today and tomorrow. But one point in time they said that my profile is hold. that's it.. i am trying another job.. these people are entertaining with the candidate

          I Team,

          I am Abhinaya M([protected]@gmail.com).I have attended technical interview for senior QA on 16th september and on the next day got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and replied back.

          Later on 29th september 2021, I got HR call and discussed about my package and designation, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter in a couple of days, but it's been more than a 20 days now and still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.I don't see my hr poc also responding to my mails.

          Please help me in getting the offer letter.

            I completed my interview on Oct 2 and hr discussion was on Oct 8 completed
            Later I got call from cognizant team your joining date was Jan 3, I asked them to I didn't get offer letter.. he said I talk to team and let u know. . after that I didn't get any response from him . Even I contacted poc in mail. She also not responding...

                I attended virtual interview and I had been waiting for 3 weeks to get the result of level 1 interview. I contacted the HR many times (6 times Appx). He said my mail id is not shown in the candidate portal every time I called him(Got the same answer) and keep on saying HR will contact you And then the other day I called him for getting an update. Again he said the same and in a minute he said Your profile is not shortlisted. I would like to ask one question to the HR.

                If my profile is not shortlisted, why didn't they inform me earlier when
                i called so many times. He should have informed me when i called him for the first time. I know you guys have much work but checking and letting people know about the status does not take more than 30 seconds i believe .

                We are also people who are working to get food on our table.

                Please take this as a concern and fix it.

                  My DOJ was 5th Oct. But my onboarding pass was not generated. Also I didn't receive any mail regarding joining. when I tried to raise a query they said I have to wait for update in DOJ.How long they will take for this?

                  I am facing the same as my joining date is 3rd Nov 2021 but i am not able to login to 1 cognizant portal and also not able to contact any of HR.

                  My last date in my current company is 30th oct.

                  Please help me in providing details to solve this issue

                        Unable to login 1c portal & unable to accept DOJ

                        My Doj is on Oct 22 but I am unable to login to 1C portal to accept my doj as well as to submit documents. I raised a query multiple times in c2c still this problem is not resolved.

                            How many days take to update new doj joining

                            My DOJ was 7th Oct but I got my onboarding pass on 7th Oct evening and I didn't get any induction mail. when I tried to raise a query they said I have to wait for update DOJ.
                            anyone knows how long they will take for this...

                                I was interviewed in cognizant on 29th Oct for senior Associate project for chennai location.Cleared my technical round and got HR round on 1st October.I was assured by HR that I will receive offer in 1 week.

                                After 1 week no reply from HR and hence I mailed them and got to know I am rejected due to high CTC expected.
                                During my HR round they asked me for my expectation and offered more than my expectation and finally sending such a mail.

                                Really Really bad on HR process with cognizant.Please don't waste people's time i[censored] don't really need resource by giving such wierd reasons

                                  I have cleared my interview on oct 1st 2021. Last week wednesday got a call from HR and discussed salary.

                                  After that no update from them. I have even called them back to discuss about joining bonus and offer letter which I forgot to ask.
                                  But they were are not responding in emails and phone calls to.

                                  Please anybody let me know or to whom I can contact about this?
