Hey, I received the offer letter on 2nd November and I want to change my date of joining. I have tried to contact assigned recruiter but he's phone is switched off. I have also mailed them the same but I can't get my concern addressed. I haven't accepted the offer letter because of the same reason. Can you please look into this?

    Hi,
    I have received an offer which I was supposed to onboard on 27-Oct-2021 but HR called me on 26-Oct-2021 and told me that I got negative report during BGV process.
    She did not give the exact reason for the negative and revoked the offer.
    Today (8-Nov-2021) I received a call from your onboarding team asked about my joining?
    So Could you please elaborate the exact reason for revoking as the onboarding team asked me to contact you and they were asking me the reason/issue?
    Kindly Please reply ASAP.

      I had attended Technical Interview on 24th September and received a mail that I have cleared Interview on the next day. I shared the Candidate Information Sheet along with the required documents. After one week, on 1st October I received a call from HR department and as per the discussion I was supposed to get the offer letter within a week. It's been a month now, still I have not received the offer letter.

        Hi,

        My technical round took on 24th Sep for .Net developer and on 7th Oct completed HR discussion. HR told me that it will take 10-15 days for offer letter. It's been a month but I haven't received an offer letter. Also not getting any response on why there is delay.

        Has anyone else given interview recently for .Net in CTS and facing same issue?

        Hi ...my self Raj kishore, i'm from hyderabad. Here my situation is the same. i'm also waiting for my offer letter.
        mail to [protected]@cognizant.com and cc to the mail id's that you got the interview invitation...you'll get to know some sort of info.
        Also pls let me know if you got any update from cognizant.

            I have uploaded the wrong affidavit file instead of connect one. I want to replace the file but there is no option to change, so please can I get access to replace the file.

                  Hi Team,

                  I am Vishnu K. I have attended two rounds of technical interviews on Aug 2021 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details.

                  Later on 9th september 2021, I got HR call and discussed about my package and prefer location, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter in with in two weeks, but still I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates. I have even mailed them regarding any update but, no response.

                  Please help me in getting the offer letter. (Screenshots attached)

                    I had attended Technical Interview on 13th October and received a mail that I have cleared Interview on the same day. On the same day itself I shared the Candidate Information Sheet along with the required documents. After one week, on 20th October I received a call from HR department and as per the discussion I was supposed to get the offer letter within 3 to 4 days. It's been 2 weeks now, I have not received any confirmation or mails regarding the same. He is not picking my calls and no response to mails.

                          Hi, I was offered a position with cognizant and received my offer letter and pre joining formalities email. But I'm unable to open one cognizant portal (blank page is displaying) to accept the offer or to upload other required documents. I drafted a mail to support team but there is no response from them. I tried to contact my recruiter but getting his number is switched off from past 4 days. Im in a confusion that is it good to resign from current organization or not? Please guide me whom should I approach to get my issue resolved.

                            My old food card is not a smart card. SO I applied for a new one and is active now.
                            But the money from old card is not transferred to new card. I am not sure whom to contact for food card related issues.

                                    I have attended HR round in October 16, HR gave verbal confirmation mentioning i will receive offer letter within a time frame of 2 weeks. I am yet to receive offer letter. Kindly expedite the process for rolling out the offer letter. I have sent reminder email to POC in mail.

                                    Did you get any updates yet?
                                    HR contacted last week to mention that i have been referred for two projects in cognizant. It needs to be sorted and then offer letter will be rolled out. But still after 7 days I have not received the offer letter.
