My DOJ defered constantly from Aug 09th to Aug 12th to Aug 23rd to Aug 31st. Beleiving in this I resigned my previous job and for 1 month I am sitting jobless. Will they confirm my DOJ or are they playing with my life.

Good day!

I have attended my interview for Python developer with Cognizant technology solutions on 15 July 2021. I have been informed that I cleared my technical interview on 20 Jul 2021. I had my HR discussion on 21 July 2021 and submitted all my documents for verification on 21 Jul 2021 and uploaded the CIS form on 22 July 2021.

I haven't got any update on my offer letter yet. I have tried calling my HR and dropped multiple mails as a follow up. But there is no response yet.

It would be helpful if I can have an update on the same

I attended an interview on Big data technology on 7th Aug, and cleared all technical rounds, then got an email for HR discussion having CIS form, I have filled and sent all the required doc( 3 month pay slip, offer and hike letter for current organization), later had a HR discussion on 12th on salary and location, they told I ll be receiving an offer letter within a week, now it's been almost 3 week overs, no updates tried to Call HR but did not response anything even after seeing my message in what's app and sent some mail asking for updates..

When I check the Sheet I sent to HR, there I made small mistakes by adding "@" In between, now am trying to connect with them in possible ways still no use at all please check

I have attended interview on 24th July and 25th July and I have cleared all rounds also HR discussion completed on 07th Aug. HR informed me you will received offer letter in next 2-3 days.

After that I haven't received any update. even I sent couple of mails. No response.

Any one with the same situation? Not sure when will the offer be released.

I was received selection mail on 24 July for Genc developer in cognizant but I haven’t received any offer letter yet. So please help me in this regard and issue my offer letter and kindly let me know if you need any further information.

I am Sushmita Gupta. I have attended technical interviews on 17th July 2021 and got confirmation mail saying that I got selected and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with the required details and replied back.

Later on, 24th July 2021, I got an HR call and discussed my package and designation, after that HR confirmed that they will release my offer letter in 1 week, but it's been more than a month now, and still, I haven't got my offer letter and also no updates.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

My father was effected by Disease of intestines. he took a treatment in department of Gastroenterology. So I apply for Hospitalization claim for reimbursement. I shared all the scanned documents of my fathers reports and bills which they asked me. after few days of my claim request they asked me again share the reports document, again I shared those reports to team. but my claim was rejected. But they won't give me an explanation why they rejected my claim request.

I received one link from talent acquisition team to fill up CIS form on 16th August 2021 and it indicates that I will recieve offer letter in a day or two. But till now I have not recieved any update regarding my offer.

I got selection mail on 21st aug...but I don't no what is the next step...when cognizant will send mail for documents verification...what we have to do next step...

I have received call from cognizant HR on 31st Aug21. That i will receive Offer letter in 3-4 days . Also got mail to fill Cis form. after tht i have sent couple of reminders but no updates n reply.
will i ever receive offer letter

Candidates with not even a single day experience in IT industry are joining Cognizant with fake experience certificates in Hyderabad office. What a shame to Cognizant who can’t even verify from where the candidate is coming and what kind of references he has.

Hi Cognizant Team,

I gave my final round of interview on 29th of June, post which I got call from the HR who asked me to submit few documents and confirmed that I am selected for infrastructure developer profile. I did submit all the documents as requested.

On 6th of July, I got a call from the HR in regards to salary discussion and she mentioned that I should be receiving the offer letter within 2-3 days. This is the 7th week but have not received the offer letter.
I tried contacting her though emails and phone calls but did not get any response.
I even contacted the cognizant support but that did not work either.

This is not fair as I have a right to know what is going on and why there is no responsibility from the HR to atleast reply to the emails or calls and update me regarding the same. I have saved all the conversions that I had with the HR.

I attended an interview Online around June 2021 and cleared all the rounds.
I received an offer letter but the HR informed me that I will receive my Updated offer letter in a week but I haven't received yet. Meanwhile I received an email from CTS talent acquisition to upload my Photo in one of their portal. After that, I haven't received any updates apart from my offer is on Hold due to 3 months notice period

On July 16 2021 itself I have successfully accepted the Cognizant Offer, completed pre Joining formalities and also received updated Doj from Cognizant. The allotted joining date with Cognizant is on 17 Sep 2021.
Four days back when I logged into my One Cognizant portal a message came that ( since I declined the offer, my Cognizant application stands revoked ) I'm not sure why I have received this message, since I already accepted my Offer. I haven't declined my Cognizant offer till date.Due to that I'm unable to sign in to the One Cognizant portal, access has been revoked. I've been facing this issue for the past 4 days.

Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue.

A friend of mine referred me for cognizant and I applied for that role, but I hadn't received any mail

It has been more than 3-4 months, that we didn't get any update about the joining date after signing the offer letter . Even if we try to mail C2C enquiry portal, we are not getting any reply even from there side.
Please check out these issue

I got selected for IT SD role at cognizant. I completed all my pre-joining formalities and my DOJ is on Aug 17, 2021.
I had meeting on joining date of document verification. I couldn't join the meeting exactly at given time due to technical issues. I joined late by 20 min. The HR has left the meeting without verifying my documents.

Now I didn't get the Cognizant employee ID and I'm not able to join into the SD Internship.
I sent no. of mails to the concerned team. But, Nobody is responding.
Please help me out with this.
