I received an offer latter from cognizant on 23/08/2021, after that they took around 40 days to finilize my joining date at 5/10/2021 . I have completed my all pre joining formalities given on there global onboarding portal but still can't get my onboarding pass to join the company, and neither got any emails about what to do for further processes .

Portal was not working for uploading documents. May i know the reason?

A guy (Premanand Ravi) is a sr manager through CTS working for schneider logistics at Greebay WI location. His wife ( Magdalene Prem Anand ravi) had h4ead and he did all the sneaky things and bought her inside with NO INTERVIEWS and she joined as Associate. Now she is full time with cognizant and a SR Associate in 2years. People sit and work hard to become senior associate for 10 years but frustrating to see all this.

This is Hema Sharma for the position for SAP FICO.
My interview took place on 18th Sept 2021 at 11.00 AM .On 19th Sept 2021 I received a call from HR Cognizant and he told me that I will receive the offer letter by next week .
On Thursday 23rd Sept 2021, I have received an email where it says that I have cleared HR discussion and offer is in progress and be ready the documents like education, experience certificate etc for Post offer.

Now, its 01 Oct'2021.I have not receives any email and recruitment team also not revert on my email.

Hi Team,
I have attended interview for CTS and successfully cleared the technical rounds.
I have got an email on april 9th, 2021 from CTS hr that i have cleared technical round and to submit documents.
Next day i got call from cts HR and they gonna roll the offer letter.
Till today I haven’t got any offer letter and no response from HR for my emails on status of rolling offer letter

I had given interview at cognizant on 02/Aug/2021. I had cleared the interview. Got the confirmation from HR. After that on 06/Aug/2021, I had attended the pre hire orientation session too. HR ask me to sent the documents, details etc all I had sent by the eod. After 2 days she had call me saying that my application on hold. Still I did not get an offer letter. HR told me that she can not onboard.

I got the offer letter after that I received the credentials to cognizant login but not able to login because of troubleshoot problem at cognizant 1c onboarding portal. For resolving this problem I mail to cognizant team as well but still it is not resolve.

Kindly feedback for date of joining will waiting it from long time.

I have not received any response from Cognizant after submitting the documents and CIS form to talent acquisition team for HR verification on 29th July. I have given interview on 17th July and got confirmation call 23rd July

I received offer from cognizant after completing all formalities i received onboarding link and after joining they called me and told me my offer is withdrawn.

How can they do this. I Want to take legal action on this.

This is uday saikiran vurrinkala, regarding below mail. my HR discussion happened on 18th august 2021 n sent docs on 19th august almost a month back .i have been waiting for this offer since a month, i even rejected other 2 offers which was offered to me as am very much interested to join CTS. In HR discussion HR was mentioned budget is 10 lakhs, so I accepted the same..but couple of days back I got mail saying unable to match up to ur expectations.I felt very bad even after continues follow up with HR and HR mentioned I will get offer for sure .now your saying it’s not matching expectations means I am not able to take it.Could you please let me know atleast where exactly wrong

I'm a fresher who attended the genc cognizant superset interview, kiruthiga manivel from Easwari Engineering College currently I'm pursuing final year B Trch IT
I wasn't able to answer few questions and it is absolutely fine if the recruiter is not selecting me, but i don't think if the recruiter was professional with me, because in the end when i asked for his feedback, he said that your communication skills and conceptual skills won't do anything here this is not a " teaching job or a documentation job" he said the exact words you can check the recorded video. As an engineering student i have the knowledge that what kind of job I have applied for and it is totally inappropriate for a recruiter who is representing the company to be that unprofessional and rude and now I'm hurt I need justice . Please respond.

I am Mamoni Mahapatra. I have given an interview for Functional Testing Engineer for Cognizant, Banglore on 18/00/2021. After 3days on 21/09/2021 I got a mail from HR that I have cleared technical round so I need to submit all my documents ( payslip, previous organization offer letter, increment letter)for document verification & for HR round which I submitted successfully on that day only, but still I didn't received any mail or call from them. I tried to reach them via mail even after that they don't respond. Why they conduct interviews if they don't want to hire employees.

My name is manibarathi ([protected]@ymail.Com) I have received an interview call for a test analyst from CTS talent acquisition that my technical interview is scheduled for Sep 1. The person called me that I have only one round if I did nicely they will issue an offer like that.
I attended the interview nicely, the interviewer itself give feedback that I had strong domain knowledge and technical as well. She gives positive feedback. So I thought that I will get the offer. After 1 week i received a call from hr that i cleared the technical round successfully, you will have hr discussion for that i have submitted cis and my previous employee documents and all.
I submitted that same day itself still sep 25, 2021 i didn't receive any update regarding that. I called that hr and mailed a number of times, no response till now.
Please respond as soon as possible.

I joined cognizant on 23 Sept and then receive otp for resetting my password but after that I couldn't login to my account and cannot get any update about training

I have given interview on 9th Sep later on i got mail to submit current company pay slips and other documents along with cis sheet then on 16th Sep i got call from HR and call got disconnected due to network issue, i have tried to call back she disconnecetd the call its very bad
Now there is no update since from a week and not getting response of call and mail
I request at least give the status hold, rejection or reply to mail\

I am Avinash i take an offer on last year December end as On campus from NSIT, Delhi then i join CSD program in july end of this year and i completed my stage-1 of this program and wait for a Date of joining my freinds who got the date of joining but i am not so pls do my process early i am wait for a long time

I am a former employee of cognizant.I have requested for payslips and revision Letter from [protected]@cognizant.com.They have sent payslips after long follow-ups.Now only saying that the revision letter can be given by seperate team and they do not know about SLA as well.

This is very bad experience woth cognizant.No prior intimation.Everyone will think after relieving from cognizant we can access external portal.But it is valid only for 3 years.No where it has been mentioned.After long search I found the mail contact even after that they respond very late.
