I filled my cis form on 27th june. Hr siad that you will get offer letter with 2 to 3 days. It more than 45 days till now i didnt get the offer letter. Give me suggestion wheather i will get offer letter or not

Hi Team,

I am Jeswin Daniel Raj. I have attended technical interview with Cognizant on 03rd July and got confirmation mail on 21st July saying that I have cleared the technical and to submit the CIS form to proceed further, then I have submitted the CIS form with required details and attached other requested documents.

I have not got any updates from Cognizant regarding the offer letter yet.

Please help me in getting the offer letter.

I have completed my interviews (on 17th July and 29 July 2021). I have also submitted CIS Form on 19th July 2021, but haven't received the offer letter yet.

I didnt receive the relieving letter as i have worked with the company for 3 months in 2013 but for some reasons i didnt get the letter.

Is there any possibility that i can get the relieving letter

After clearing both the rounds on July 31st, got a congratulations mail stating, that I have cleared the interview process and to submit CIS form and other documents and also to wait for HR call for salary discussion. After submitting I'm still waiting for HR call.

Till now I didn't receive any HR call
and today I got a mail with a link to give interview again from a different HR

Hi sir,
I have applied the Personal Loan topup and my request is now in hold for reason I had signed guarantee to my relative for one loan. Now overdue amount 25k showing in our CIBIL and I have checked with respective bank, they confirmed and give time the another four month to close this outstanding.

I clearly said to sales manager and they not agreed my point.
I have customer with your bank from December 2011 and till now no delaying payment and all are good.
Please check and resolve this issue.
Otherwise I will decide to move my salary account to some other bank who will accept my personal loan.

I was interviewed on 25June 2021. I got HR call on 23 Jul 2021 discussed on my package and designation and It's been a 2 week I didn't get offer letter and no mails no communication. I tried to reach HR number but didn't get any response.
Please anyone let me know when will I receive offer letter.

HR Said u will get offer letter in 10 Days but till today i did not get any update from CTS.

I am Raviteja form Hyderabad. I completed HR discussion at 8th July 2021 for the position of Tableau developer and also sent the CIS form on 8th July and still now i did not got any update.

May I know the Status of this opportunity. And also further processing of this opportunity.

I had my technical interview on 10th July and HR discussion on 15th July. After the salary breakup call on the same day, I filled and submitted the CIS form and also completed the online CIS registration process.
It has been more than 2 weeks, but still not received the offer letter. The HR are not replying on the mail nor receiving the calls. Please help.

I was selected the technical interview on 20/07/2021 and after few days I got the HR discussion, they told me please fill the CIS form with attached documents.

I had my onboarding on 30th July 2021. I even got my onboarding pass .I have uploaded the required documents through the mail and got the mail that documents are uploaded successfully .But because of some unknown reason I didn't receive the mail to join the session for the virtual onboarding process .will I get new DOJ ?.I have raised the several queries but didn't receive any reply from the team.. Please help me... What is the next step......

I have completed my Technical interview and HR disscussion also happend for cognizant..But then one day HR called me and asked to join the TR round again for video proof.. What might be the reason? Is my offer there else rejected could you please let me know?

Where do I begin to talk about the incompetencies shown by the hiring team of Cognizant. Two instances that I came across where it was evident that the hiring process is just plain simple pathetic.
1. Applied for tech support role in chennai in one of the branch, through a consultancy. I was scheduled after profile verification and got a date for interview. When I reached the venue they told me I can't attend the interview because stability issues without going through the conversation to reach that conclusion.Time and effort wasted.
2.Got another opportunity, again through a consultancy here in Bangalore. This time they allowed me to go through the interview and didn't seem to find any stability issue. Went through all rounds and got the confirmation message of being selected for a Web Tech Implementation Consultant role. Thats it. No further follow up on that. Hr stopped taking my calls.
Reason, two consultancies approached me for that role and the first was unable to get me an interview. Took many days but the second one told me they can get me the interview with cognizant next day, and they did. So my email reflected twice in the cognizant system. This minor issue was too tough for the HR's to understand and resolve. I have enough experience in this to say of all the companies I came across, Cognizant's Hiring team really seem mentally challenged based on how they treat a candidate and no follow ups, no explanation.
I had to write this because it is very frustrating to see incapable people handling careers of GENUINE individuals. My time and efforts that got wasted meant nothing to the ### I came across.
