Where do I begin to talk about the incompetencies shown by the hiring team of Cognizant. Two instances that I came across where it was evident that the hiring process is just plain simple pathetic.
1. Applied for tech support role in chennai in one of the branch, through a consultancy. I was scheduled after profile verification and got a date for interview. When I reached the venue they told me I can't attend the interview because stability issues without going through the conversation to reach that conclusion.Time and effort wasted.
2.Got another opportunity, again through a consultancy here in Bangalore. This time they allowed me to go through the interview and didn't seem to find any stability issue. Went through all rounds and got the confirmation message of being selected for a Web Tech Implementation Consultant role. Thats it. No further follow up on that. Hr stopped taking my calls.
Reason, two consultancies approached me for that role and the first was unable to get me an interview. Took many days but the second one told me they can get me the interview with cognizant next day, and they did. So my email reflected twice in the cognizant system. This minor issue was too tough for the HR's to understand and resolve. I have enough experience in this to say of all the companies I came across, Cognizant's Hiring team really seem mentally challenged based on how they treat a candidate and no follow ups, no explanation.
I had to write this because it is very frustrating to see incapable people handling careers of GENUINE individuals. My time and efforts that got wasted meant nothing to the ### I came across.

I had my onboarding on 21st July. I even got my onboarding pass .I have uploaded the required documents through the mail and got the mail that documents are uploaded successfully .But because of some unknown reason I didn't receive the mail to join the session for the virtual onboarding process .will I get new DOJ ?.I have raised the several queries but didn't receive any reply from the team.

My joining date was 27 jul 2021.
I have submitted all documents on virtual portal but still it is asking to upload again and again.Even after my joining date passed I didnt got onboarding pass.
Both of the HR persons are not responding my mails, calls, msgs..
I have alredy resigned my previous job
What should i do now

I have attended my Interview in 2020 before covid lockdown and I got my Offer letter on December 31st, 2020 and even I accepted the offer and proceeded with the background verification but still there is no responses from your side. Could you assist me through this issue and help through it from your side. If its necessary to attach any screen shots regarding my offer I am ready to share through mail.

Hi, I have appeared for an interview that took place on 17th july 2021 and HR round on same day. the salary was discussed and i was promised that i would recieve my offer letter within 2 weeks. I have not recieved my offer letter yet.

I have Got A call and said I am selected.Later I Have Submitted My Proofs and Filled CID Application and salary Discussion Completed and later On I Have not received any call and I am Giving a call To HR They are also Not Responding Please Can you Help Me.They are Saying That They are waiting For Approval.

(10th June, 16th June, 23rd June and 15July 2021) after that I didn't get any update on my profile and also calling the recruiter but he is not receiving call

I have completed my interviews (on 26th June and 3rd July 2021). I have also submitted CIS Form on 19th July 2021, but haven't received the offer letter yet.

Can you please tell when I can expect the offer letter.

My DOJ is 23-july-2021 i have done virtual and global onboarding but still i haven't get employee id.

My date of joining was on 21/07/2021, but still I haven't received my onboarding pass. In one cognizant portal my date of joining hasn't changed yet.

Could you please solve my issues.

I left cognizant 3 months ago and my last working day was 30th March. It was a one day resign because of a family emergency as they were calling me to office in covid times and said I have no option. After giving my resignation it was a long thread of emails going with my HR, separations teams and exithelpdesk of cognizant. Sir, my name is ANKUR SINGH Candidate id 16918588, i had completed all my pre joining formalities. After accepting the offer
and i also got the acknowledgement mail about the confirmation.
but on login it is showing that my offer is revoked. please it's a request to the higher authorities to please take a look on it.

I was interviewed at cognizant and was selected for pune location also had HR discussion for CTC and everything was fixed and HR mam told me you will receive offer within 2 to 3 days but its been Almost 3 week after HR mam call still I have not received offer letter

I have submitted my cis form on 27 june2021. till now i didnt receive the offer letter till now. may i now know how many days i will wait to get offer letter.

I am Huma Khan, I completed my interview on 10th July and got a call for salary negotiation on 17th July and immediately after my HR discussion I received mail to fill CIS form which I did right away, then again on 21 July I got the exact same mail so I filled it again but this time from my recruiting HR. Can anybody help me know why did I receive CIS mail again and till when can I receive my offer letter.

I completed my interview on 7th july and got a call for salary negotiation on 12th july. After that I haven't received any sort of mail or call about further procedure.
I didn't have my HR mail ID but I have his number but he is not responding.
Can any one help me because I want to know whether the offer is still on plate or not. Thank you.

I have attended interview on July 9, 2021. After two or three days recieved a call from HR regarding salary discussion. The next i got a mail asking for my documents submission and later didnt hear back from the team. I didn't get my offer letter yet. Tried calling HR about the same to get some update on my application. Could someone help me on this please?

I gave my interview on 2nd July 2021 and got interview cleared email on 8th July 2021 in which it mentioned to keep ready the documents for verification. It's 21st July 2021 and still waiting for the link for document verification and eagerly waiting for the offer letter also.
