I got an offer letter from cognizant on 30th march 2021 and I had accepted the offer immediately. After that I received a mail for pre-joining formalities and completed it too. Now I have received a mail for background verification, but I am not able to login to one cognizant portal. It shows that I have declined the offer and I cant access the onboarding portal. But I didn't decline the offer, I had accepted it.
Please help me out...

I received the offer letter from cognizant on 29-Mar-2021 and accepted it onecognizant portal on 30-Mar-2021. It's just 2 days only and today on 01-Apr-2021, I got a call from HR that we are revoking the offer and take back your resignation from current company as we are not getting project from which we are taking you. I have logged in to the 1c portal and accepted the letter. The next step which is pre-joining formalities, i am not able to visit that page. will i be get another mail from Hr or the offer will be considered as void?...please confirm as soon as possible...

My onboarding pass is not generated request for new date of joining...

I am unable to login to OneCognizant or the C2C portal to complete my pre-joining formalities. Hence, I cannot access the FAQ available in C2C portal to fix the issue either. Please advise.

I had received my offer letter on 11March 2021 but did not receive welcome mailer till now. When I connected to the recruiter, she keeps on saying that this is a technical issue and nothing else but the issue is not resolved till now even in 2 weeks....
