I didn't got any mail for Cognizant off campus drive 2021.its been more than two week I didn't got any mail.even though my criteria is full.why this problem is happening with me .kindly look after this matter as soon as possible.

    First interview of cognizant took place on 10th of April and by completed all round by 29th April.
    I took a follow up from HR, she updated me that I have cleared all rounds and would be releasing my offer letter.

    But till date I have not received my offer letter and I am worried now.

    Daily I followed up with her but nothing is happening. Now worried what exactly they are doing
    HR also mentioned about CID Sheet..But I never received such form

      I have an offer of cognizant Programmer analyst trainee post and also recieved the offer letter but fails to login on onecognizant portal as it shows this message :-

      Message: AADSTS90072: User account from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

      Please fix this issue asap.

        Onboarding pass and virtual joining link not received yet, post multiple follow ups.
        Tomorrow is my joining, 14th May, 2021.
        BGV shows completed at my end on One Cognizant portal/app, but bgv team says its incomplete.
        Kindly help.

          This Avinash working as software engineer in large IT company. I had attended the interview on March 5th for the position in Cognizant.

          I had cleared all the rounds and got selected. Company HR's asked me to share all necessary documents for candidature process to release the offer letter. Its been months but still i get any response from the team. Could please do needful.

            Following are the claim number which I had raised for re-imbursement during last year 2020 in month of April . Claim has been approved and payment has been initiated but payment is getting failed due to conflict in the account details and still i didn't receive the payment to my bank account .
            Claim No : 21898435, 22169436, 22179519, 22179523

            It has been notified to the concern corporate Medi assists team many time in past one year but still they didn't resolve the issue . Its really frustrating experience to follow-up on this issue for past one year via many forum and communicating to many people asking for resolution but none of them could help in resolving the issue . At last ended up here hoping for resolution of my issue .

                Incorrect name on oneC portal

                I am a fresh campus recruit at cognizant and my onboarding process is under progress. My point of concern is that the name mentioned on oneC portal is incorrect as my first name and the middle name is being merged into a single name. So kindly guide me how to get my name corrected on the portal as it may cause hindrance in further steps of onboarding....

                        Hello Team

                        My previous joining date was 01 March 2021. Also for background verification, I had deposited all my documents and concerned letters on the onboarding portal in Feb 2021 and I have been let down by your hiring process for so much delay.
                        For joining your company on an immediate basis I had resigned my current job on 26 Feb 2021 and expected to be onboarded in your company earlier but on 01 March 2021 same excuse was given to me. After that my joining date was postponed to 15 March 2021 and again pushed to 22 March 2021 and again pushed to 26 April 2021 but the same excuse was again given this time as well.
                        before the date of joining I am getting calls from different peoples belonging to CTS from the Candidate Engagement, Partner team had confirmed that days joining on telephonic conversation. But still, I have not availed of an onboarding pass
                        It is a very unpleasant experience for me from such a reputed organization.
                        Could you please let me know the exact date of joining with the onboarding pass? Also, can this process be performed parallelly after joining or can you let me know the latest when this process shall be completed?
