    My name is Rahul Kumar. Candidate id[protected].

    I got a mail from cognizant to complete my pre joining formalities. But I am unable to login to the one cognizant portal. Everytime when i am trying to login it shows me error. I have been stuck from 6 days.please help me so that I can complete my pre joining fomalities . Below is the error that is geeting displayed everytime.

      Unable to login to one cognizant portal

      Have got an offer via college now that I have to accept the job offer through the respected link sent by cognizant
      for past six days its showing that
      "Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

          I have logged in to the 1c portal and accepted the letter. The next step which is pre-joining formalities, i am not able to visit that page. will i be get another mail from Hr or the offer will be considered as void?...please confirm as soon as possible

                Unable to login to One Cognizant or C2C portal

                I am unable to login to OneCognizant or the C2C portal to complete my pre-joining formalities. Hence, I cannot access the FAQ available in C2C portal to fix the issue either. Please advise.

                I had received my offer letter on 11March 2021 but did not receive welcome mailer till now. When I connected to the recruiter, she keeps on saying that this is a technical issue and nothing else but the issue is not resolved till now even in 2 weeks.

                  iam 2021 passout 3 days back I got prejoining formalities mail first then I got offer letter mail .. after getting prejoining mail I followed the steps and created mail id same as which I previously get mails from cognizant. . I was about to complete my registration . after mobile authentication suddenly error page has displayed I tried various ways lot of times but no use plz help me out of this ..

                      CTS candidate id: 14974713

                      In pre-joining formalities of CTS after document submission, there are some data to be provided while providing it in education details there is no option called NATS ID but while submitting it is showing NATS ID is mandatory to submit that form because of that we are not able to fill further details also.

                        I got selected the first round through Amcat again for second round of interview the interviewer had problem so he rescheduled still I didn't got any updated mail.
