I have logged in to the 1c portal and accepted the letter. The next step which is pre-joining formalities, i am not able to visit that page. will i be get another mail from Hr or the offer will be considered as void?...please confirm as soon as possible

I got another mail from the cognizant as" action required".
Then I was able to do the pre- joining formalities.
I didn't receive any mail in which we need to submit the necessary document.

I have got an offer via college now that I have to accept the job offer through the respected link sent by cognizant
for past two days its showing that
"Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.
AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_SAML_PROD)...⇄
I am unable to login to OneCognizant or the C2C portal to complete my pre-joining formalities. Hence, I cannot access the FAQ available in C2C portal to fix the issue either. Please advise.
I had received my offer letter on 11March 2021 but did not receive welcome mailer till now. When I connected to the recruiter, she keeps on saying that this is a technical issue and nothing else but the issue is not resolved till now even in 2 weeks.

iam 2021 passout 3 days back I got prejoining formalities mail first then I got offer letter mail .. after getting prejoining mail I followed the steps and created mail id same as which I previously get mails from cognizant. . In pre-joining formalities of CTS after document submission, there are some data to be provided while providing it in education details there is no option called NATS ID but while submitting it is showing NATS ID is mandatory to submit that form because of that we are not able to fill further details also.

Hi, Yesterday, I have doj with cts but I didn't get onboarding pass and webx mail to attend for virtual onboarding. they said tomorrow you will get but today also i did not received. Anyone please look in to this as I am worrying alot bcz I left from my previous organization Withlieu of two months salary...
I'm also facing Same issue since one month onboarding pass is not generated they have revised 4 times doj and now not provided revised doj, I have left my previous organization and also rejected other offers for CTS

I Have the offer letter and i was given the Doj on 21st november but ni link was provided to join From then untill now there are no updates regarding the Doj
Hi tomorrow is my doj and i have completed all the pre joining formalities and accepted the offer letter but im yet to receive the onboarding pass the same problem happened before and now i got the new doj and again this is happening the same as i am not receiving the onboarding pass.
