After clearing 2 technical rounds conducted in a month, on 9th June 2021, I received a call from HR for salary discussion. She said that I could expect the offer letter in a week, but haven't received offer letter till date.

    Hi,
    I have completed my technical interview on June-12 2021 and HR interview on June-17 2021 and cleared all the rounds. As discussed with HR my offer letter should be released in 10 days, but till now I didn't get any information from the team. I have filled CIS form and following up daily but still, I am not getting any updates from HR. Not sure now I'm helpless.
    Did u get your cognizant offer letter.

      I am able to login into one cognizant portal but i am unable to view the “offer status form” to accept the offer letter and there is no option to accept or decline my offer letter. I want to accept my offer letter. Please help me to solve this issue.

          Iam able to login into one cognizant portal but I nowhere see any options to accept offer letter or upload documents for background verification but all I see is joining date as 26 July 2021, please help me out with this issue.

            There is a serious legal issue which happened with me. After accepting the offer letter and serving my notice period I suddenly received a call from talent acquisition team that my candidature has been cancelled. On asking the reason to HR she is telling she is not aware and recruiter is not even responding. Is this a good proffessional ethic expected from such a giant like Cognizant. I just want to know the reason for my cancellation of the candidature. Please look into this else some legal actions needs to be taken

              I have been shortlisted in Cognizant for further validation process but I didn't get any credential from cognizant to login. Even when I tried to sign in through Microsoft account, I'm not able to log in on the One C portal (https://onecognizantbcazrapps.cognizant.com). The below troubleshoot problem was triggered. Kindly look into this, and help me out to complete my BGV successfully.

                Unable to login to one Cognizant portal. Due to this issue my DOJ is getting delayed and its already is delayed for 3 times.Please help me with this issue.It would be a great help.

                  I didn't get my salary slip. My last working day was 25th february. I completed 2 months waiting period.I asked soo many times to my TL, process HR, process manager but still didn't get any update about salary slip.it is more than 4 months from last working day still nothing. I mailed to HR team also.

                      Hi,

                      I have received am email from cognizant talent acquisition team on June 23 at 05.22 am IST and the scheduled session time was June 23 08:20am IST that too with a subject saying "reminder for live session".

                      Few things to be noted here.
                      1. I have received the mail at 05.22 am ISTwhich is too late for me to check.
                      2. Luckily I was awake and I joined the session but the interviewer did not join.

                      Having said that, since it was late I missed attending the live session.
                      What might be the live session about? Did I miss checking something important.

                      Could anyone please give clarity and can I expect an offer letter shortly.

                        Hi, I have worked with CTS for 2.3 yrs between[protected], I have been a very good performer and also received many awards during my tenure. But unfortunately I could not exit from the company formally as I was pregnant and was in usa that time on Loss of pay leave and due to pregnancy complications could not return back to India and complete my exit formalities and serve notice period and collect my relieving letter. I was stuck in usa with visa issues and hence when I came to india and visited CTS Hyd HR later after 5 yrs to collect my relieving letter she was extremely rude and made fun of me saying you are coming after 5 yrs to collect. And she said she will not give my relieving letter.
                        After many years now I am restarting my career as I got a good offer now I desperately need my relieving letter.i am ready to pay my cost to company too to get the letter as I have not served my notice period. Pls help me whomever to contact as I am clueless.

                            I am facing a problem regarding pre-joining formalities. we were given particular tasks to complete. In student questionnaire form, it was necessary to fill some data and unknowingly I added the wrong information. Now when I am trying to undo that but I couldn't.
                            The informtion which iam tryng to undo is the dates of particular certified courses. The main problem is to delete that particular dates.
                            Please help me solve this issue.

                              I had given an interview at Cognizant for Automation Test Engineer on the 2nd June 2021 (2nd round)

                              I wanted to check if there is any update regarding the result of the relevant interview as overall interview was good and interviewer also confirmed on the same day that HR team will confirm about my result and get back to me.                                   While filling up personal details for bgv, I was facing some interface issues and by mistake my marital status got updated as 'Married'. As a result, I am unable to change it now as it is greyed out. I am also not able to update dependent details as a result, as am I being asked for "Spouse Details". So I am unable to proceed with pre joining formalities.

                                  Kindly advise me how to change marital status in bgv personal details from 'Married' to 'Unmarried'.
                                  I am facing similar issues. neither the HR nor the onboarding team is replying. i am following up since last 1 month
