I Have the offer letter and i was given the Doj on 21st november but ni link was provided to join From then untill now there are no updates regarding the Doj

Hi tomorrow is my doj and i have completed all the pre joining formalities and accepted the offer letter but im yet to receive the onboarding pass the same problem happened before and now i got the new doj and again this is happening the same as i am not receiving the onboarding pass.

I have been asked to accept my date of joining and to complete other pre-joining formalities by 18th March 2021 before 1:30 pm.
But I'm unable to to log in to one cognizant portal. I have attached an image for your reference. Please help me out with this urgent matter as my joining will be revoked if it's not sorted as soon as possible.

I have accepted the intern offer from your company and my onboarding was about to begin on[protected].
But, i didn't get any webex meeting link inorder to join My Day 1 or any other mail regarding postponement till now whereas my other batch mates received them.

Also without attending the day 1, it shows i have completed my Day 1 in one cognizant portal.

It's already been a month, i request you to look into this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have given interview in cognizant and got selected as well. Filled CIS form as well send document to HR. After that my HR discussion is also happened and that time HR said you will receive your written offer letter within 2 days but still I am waiting for that.

Can anyone please help me to know my current status. Till when i can get my offer letter?

It is showing that my name has been removed and i am not able to sign in the accout . And my DOJ is also not yet informed

I am selected in cognizant in Oct 2019 and still not received my doj and its been more than 1.5 years It is not professional to let a candidate wait for such long time .We are in so much pressure .I heartily request you to please please provide Doj as our skills and experience is being wasted Also i tried reaching all your email address and contact no but got no reply from them .Its been depressing i am suffering from insomnia at least a mail of hope could help me

Let me be clear about current situation.

Selection process dates are March 15th & March 16th.

In any case If March 15th & March 16th comes into Lockdown period and there are no travel facilities where candidate cannot travel then company will conduct online selection process.In this case you have to attend online selection process with Cognizant.How you have to attend and all will be intimated to you directly by the company itself.

If there is no lockdown and if there are travel permissions and where candidate can travel.In this case you will be required to attend on March 15th & March 16th with Cognizant in Cognziant Campus.Which campus and other details regarding selection process will be intimated to you directly by the company.

If you are ok with payments both initial and total then I would start up your process immdtly and see that you get necessary confirmation from the company people.

Also if you are not comfortable with above mentioned dates then I would see that you attend process on other dates. I cannot change venue of selection-process and it is required by you to attend process in Bangalore. Regarding job-posting it will be in Bangalore.

SKILL SET RECQUIRED :

Job profile will be Program Analyst Trainee Fresher.

Salary package will be 4lkhs per annum from which Monthly Gross salary will be 33k and after tax deductions from company you will be receiving monthly 29k in your hand. From this 29k you have to pay me 6k and you will be left with 23k every month. Total payment will be 60, 000 and has to paid in ten installments ( 60, 000/10=6, 000 ) per installment. Each installment has to be paid from your respective salaries.

JOB PROFILE AND DETAILS :

1. After being selected you will under training for 3mnths.

2. This training will be provided by company people themselves.

3. You will be paid your salary from first month itself which is inclusive of training period.

4. During your training period company people will train you technologies according to their standards.

2. This call for selection-process you will receive it directly from company people and not from me / any third party consultant.

3. Only after receiving call-letter from company people you are required to pay me for which details are mentioned below.

3. As I told earlier I will sending papers for your selection-process only after this payment is being done.

4. As I mentioned above you will be receiving your call-letter directly from company people. This way you will be secured that you will be attending process with company. This will be the security which you can have from me.

Let me clear ur doubt about why to pay initial amount of 4000/- rs.

I mentioned clearly above about my role and my assistance. After receiving your interview call-letter for your selection-process. When you attend the process you need to see that you should perform up to min % required which I mentioned earlier. In any case if you fail to do so then will loose my effort and also loose one position on my behalf. By saying this I do not comment on your potential. This is towards my security.

TOTAL PAYMENT:

1. Total payment will be three times of per month salary.

2. Salary package will be 4lkhs per annum from which Monthly Gross salary will be 33k and after tax deductions from company you will be receiving monthly 29k in your hand.

3. You need to pay me 60, 000 after getting into company.

4. This 60, 000 has to be paid in ten equal installments that 60, 000 / 10 = 6, 000 per installment.

From your second month salary – second installment of 6, 000

From your third month salary – third installment of 6, 000

From your fourth month salary – fourth installment of 6, 000

From your fifth month salary – fifth installment of 6, 000

From you sixth month salary – sixth installment of 6, 000

This way up to ten months

This way you’ll will be having your job security.

Now let me inform that In worst case if there is a failure. Yes I will carry your process towards other companies if there is failure.

First let me inform you failure can be either from your side or from my side.

YOUR SIDE: You have not performed up to min % which is required by me.

In this stage I will process your resume towards other companies for which you need not have to pay me 4000/- rs for each and every company.

FROM MY SIDE : You have performed up to or above min % required and even after that you have not been appointed with company. This will be failure from side.

In this stage I would definitely return the INITIAL AMOUNT which U have paid to me. Also If you feel you can continue with me then I will be processing your resume towards other companies.

Now I hope ur clear with both payments.

TIME CONSTRAINT:

If you are ok with both payments then we should see that process is started 1-2 days. Upon starting process I like to see that you get maximum time for preparation so that we can have better results.
