I have been asked to accept my date of joining and to complete other pre-joining formalities by 18th March 2021 before 1:30 pm.
But I'm unable to to log in to one cognizant portal. I have attached an image for your reference. Please help me out with this urgent matter as my joining will be revoked if it's not sorted as soon as possible.

I have accepted the intern offer from your company and my onboarding was about to begin on[protected].
But, i didn't get any webex meeting link inorder to join My Day 1 or any other mail regarding postponement till now whereas my other batch mates received them.

Also without attending the day 1, it shows i have completed my Day 1 in one cognizant portal.

It's already been a month, i request you to look into this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have given interview in cognizant and got selected as well. Filled CIS form as well send document to HR. After that my HR discussion is also happened and that time HR said you will receive your written offer letter within 2 days but still I am waiting for that.

Can anyone please help me to know my current status. Till when i can get my offer letter?

I have given Cognizant assessment on 9th February and received email for Technical interview on 17th February. After that i got no call for HR interview neither any rejection mail. Please provide some information regarding this

I placed cognizant through campus interview. After i attended internship programme in cognizant from dec 2019 to april 2020.After that I received doj mail as dec 2 2020.But i am not receive onboarding pass. i sent many mails and calls to hr department but no use. It is showing that my name has been removed and i am not able to sign in the accout . And my DOJ is also not yet informed

I am selected in cognizant in Oct 2019 and still not received my doj and its been more than 1.5 years It is not professional to let a candidate wait for such long time .We are in so much pressure .I heartily request you to please please provide Doj as our skills and experience is being wasted Also i tried reaching all your email address and contact no but got no reply from them .Its been depressing i am suffering from insomnia at least a mail of hope could help me

I got selected in cognizant in Nov, 2019 off campus got the offer letter in Jan, 2020 its been more than year and I still didn't got date of joining. I have completed all the formalities o[censored]ploading documents

I had given interview on[protected] and then from Cognizant HR mail me and asked me about documents required as well as I filled CIS form and send back to them. Then HR was saying within 2 Days we do HR discussion then we can release your offer letter.

But since then Even I am sending mails and call that HR she is not responding at all.

Let me be clear about current situation.

Selection process dates are March 15th & March 16th.

In any case If March 15th & March 16th comes into Lockdown period and there are no travel facilities where candidate cannot travel then company will conduct online selection process.In this case you have to attend online selection process with Cognizant.How you have to attend and all will be intimated to you directly by the company itself.

If there is no lockdown and if there are travel permissions and where candidate can travel.In this case you will be required to attend on March 15th & March 16th with Cognizant in Cognziant Campus.Which campus and other details regarding selection process will be intimated to you directly by the company.

If you are ok with payments both initial and total then I would start up your process immdtly and see that you get necessary confirmation from the company people.

Also if you are not comfortable with above mentioned dates then I would see that you attend process on other dates. I cannot change venue of selection-process and it is required by you to attend process in Bangalore. Regarding job-posting it will be in Bangalore.

SKILL SET RECQUIRED :

Job profile will be Program Analyst Trainee Fresher.

Salary package will be 4lkhs per annum from which Monthly Gross salary will be 33k and after tax deductions from company you will be receiving monthly 29k in your hand. From this 29k you have to pay me 6k and you will be left with 23k every month. Total payment will be 60, 000 and has to paid in ten installments ( 60, 000/10=6, 000 ) per installment. Each installment has to be paid from your respective salaries.

JOB PROFILE AND DETAILS :

1. After being selected you will under training for 3mnths.

2. This training will be provided by company people themselves.

3. You will be paid your salary from first month itself which is inclusive of training period.

4. During your training period company people will train you technologies according to their standards.

5. You will working as full-time permanent employee and not no any contract basis.

SELECTION PROCESS CRITERIA:

Ur selection would be divided into three rounds.

1. Written-test

This test completely concentrated on aptitude

2. Technical interview

This interview will be on C, C++ and your other curriculum basics. This round will be completely oral.

3. Personal Interview

This interview will be purely regarding your general & educational issues.

MY ROLE AND ASSISTANCE:

Before clearly informing you about me assistance I would clearly inform you that for all this process and all you need to pay me. I have mentioned all the payment below.

MY ASSISTANCE :

1. I will be forwarding your resume to company people and also see that you have been shortlisted for selection-process. This will be clearly evident to you when you will receive your call-letter for selection process.

2. This call for selection-process you will receive it directly from company people and not from me / any third party consultant.

3. Only after receiving call-letter from company people you are required to pay me for which details are mentioned below.

4. After receiving call-letter from company people I will be providing you with papers for your selection-process. I will be providing you with papers required for each and every round.

5. Yes whatever the papers I will be providing that will be enough for your selection-process.

6. Even after providing papers I will assist you in all the rounds of selection process. Let me explain you clearly how am I going to do this. After receiving all the papers you prepare well and when you attend the process you see that you perform minimum of 5.5 ( 55% ) out of 10 ( 100% )in written-test and technical interview rounds. PAYMENT:

Payment comes in two parts both initial and total.

2. This amount should be paid only after you receive your interview call-letter for attending selection-process. This call-letter you will be receiving directly from company people. 3. As I told earlier I will sending papers for your selection-process only after this payment is being done.

4. As I mentioned above you will be receiving your call-letter directly from company people. This way you will be secured that you will be attending process with company. This will be the security which you can have from me.

Let me clear ur doubt about why to pay initial amount of 4000/- rs.

I mentioned clearly above about my role and my assistance. After receiving your interview call-letter for your selection-process. When you attend the process you need to see that you should perform up to min % required which I mentioned earlier. In any case if you fail to do so then will loose my effort and also loose one position on my behalf. By saying this I do not comment on your potential. This is towards my security.

TOTAL PAYMENT:

1. Total payment will be three times of per month salary.

2. Salary package will be 4lkhs per annum from which Monthly Gross salary will be 33k and after tax deductions from company you will be receiving monthly 29k in your hand.

3. You need to pay me 60, 000 after getting into company.

4. This 60, 000 has to be paid in ten equal installments that 60, 000 / 10 = 6, 000 per installment.

From your first month salary – first installment of 6, 000

From your second month salary – second installment of 6, 000

From your third month salary – third installment of 6, 000

From your fourth month salary – fourth installment of 6, 000

From your fifth month salary – fifth installment of 6, 000

From you sixth month salary – sixth installment of 6, 000

This way up to ten months

This way you’ll will be having your job security.

Now let me inform that In worst case if there is a failure. Yes I will carry your process towards other companies if there is failure.

First let me inform you failure can be either from your side or from my side.

YOUR SIDE: You have not performed up to min % which is required by me.

In this stage I will process your resume towards other companies for which you need not have to pay me 4000/- rs for each and every company.

FROM MY SIDE : You have performed up to or above min % required and even after that you have not been appointed with company. This will be failure from side.

In this stage I would definitely return the INITIAL AMOUNT which U have paid to me. Also If you feel you can continue with me then I will be processing your resume towards other companies.

Now I hope ur clear with both payments.

TIME CONSTRAINT:

If you are ok with both payments then we should see that process is started 1-2 days. Upon starting process I like to see that you get maximum time for preparation so that we can have better results.

Recently a verh worst experience i had with cognizant
1 . 1st Feb a Consultancy called me and asked my profile, the profile was relevant and then given my reference to Cognizant.
2. 2nd feb i get a call fron Cognozant HR and they schedule my face to face interview on yth feb 2021
3. 6th feb 2021 i given my interview interview face to face online through webex.. I had met the requirement for one the post Talend Admin.
4.On 15th i received a confirmation mail from Cognizant that i have cleared the managerial and technical round .. they have attached a CIS from which i need to fill and submit to HR.
5. I have submitted on 6th feb 2021 and on 17th feb 2021 i received a call for HR discussion..everything was going as per the schedule expectation. Wven the job location and salary discussion has also done
6. Then she said you did graduation through BA however i explain each and every thing that i have more technical deegree n diploma as well NIIT, Azure 900 Certification, MCA, Oracle Certification and C++ Certification as wellbut she was only concerned on Graduation.
7.after sending 2, 3mail on mo day 22nd Feb 2021 she responded with the answer you are not fulfilling Cognizant Candidature Policy
8.I just want to ask if Cognizant gives preference to qualification over skills.?
9. I did a mistake to took BA after my 12th which was from science with 70 aggr in PCM.
10. Hope candidate having good skills but not having B.tech or B.E should not dream to work in cognizant

I recently received my offer letter from cognizant and after that i received an mail for filling the details in prejoining formalities in that while filling pan declaration form my name went wrong and after submitting the form i gave modify and edited my details by i was not able to submit the form again, there is no submit button shown at the bottom then how can i submit my modified form please help me to solve this problem

I got placed in Cognizant technology solutions Genc test in my campus placements. I'm from Ramrao Adik Institute Of Technology, Navi Mumbai. I had received selection list on 20 December and their after in got CDS or Internship choosing options from my Placement cell. As my college didn't allow internship due to regular academic lectures we opted CDS, but their after NO one from our college received OFFER LETTER or any confirmation mail from cognizant. We are now thinking wheather we are going to receive offer letter or not.
Please atleast send us official mail that you got selected. Or give use date, when we will expect offer letter.
Please have a look because almost 70-80 students are in hope?

I have tried to accept the offer by using different browsers till 18th of August, as my joining was on 19th August. I have also mailed to " [protected]@cognizant.com " and described the whole issue by using screenshots. But haven't received any emails yet. Here I am again disclosing the screenshots of sent mails (to [protected]@cognizant.com) regarding the problem .It has been 5 months from my DOJ and C2c is not responding for my DOJ. And now I'm unable to login into the one cognizant external portal as well. Sharing all screenshots regarding the same.And try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I haven't tried for any another company and still waiting for your response but, I haven't received any emails and any other response yet and hoping for issue to be resolved.
