It was regarding offer letter ref no:14568027 dated 27-may-2021 to Ms. Prangya Panda as Programmer Analyst .As per the letter the applicant has shown 29 months of work experience which is completely fake.
Even the applicant has been offered compensation based on that fake experience which is against the ethics of the company.
Kindly do strict background check for the applicant so that such illegal and unethical things doesn't hamper the reputation the brand of cognizant.

      I left the company in 2018 on medical grounds and did not serve my notice period. On May 21 2021 i paid Cognizant 44000 in order to release my service letter. Now it's almost one month and the company keeps on delaying the process saying wait for 3 more days from past 20 days. My recent employeer is asking me for the service letter.
      According to their mails it states that i am suppose to get the service letter in 4 -5 working days after making the payment but its been almost a month and they don't even care to reply to my emails.
      Kindly help.

      Hi Prateek, I also need my experience letter and I am stuck with this issue. I am clueless how to reach cognizant as I left CTS in 2007 but did not serve the notice period due to heath issues. Pls ket me know whom to contact on CTS and how to proceed further. This will be of great help to me.

      First mail the exithelpdeskIndia with your employee number that you want to get experience letter, they will send you a link to make the payment. After making the payment, wait for 4 -5 days and then send the email to the other 3 emails.

      After sending the mail, call on this number : 1800 208 6999 ( Cognizant India ), and give them your employee number and tell them to forward your email on priority to the team leads of the respective teams. Please attach the payment receipt from online banking in every mail. Hopefully you will get your salary slips and experience letter in a month time ( max ) during covid. All the best for your future.         I'm not able to login to one cognizant portal, it's displayed as 'sorry trouble In singing you' and in March I have received internship offer letter via college and I have accepted that submitted documents. And after a month I got mail to submit documents but to submit the documents unable to open portal . Please help me I'm facing this issue from many days

          Person name Princy jerose has mailed us for interview process and you are selected for the post from JerosePrince.[protected]@cognizant.com
          This mail address as it came from cognizant mail id we thought it is real and but she collected money of 2000 for getting us laptop and I'd card but still now we are not getting anything from cognizant. As she is fraud. Kindly take required action against her and kindly give us bck our money from her. I have attached the person pay slip so kindly take action on her immediately.

                I had cleared my CTS exam through Amcat and my interview was scheduled. But on the day of interview my interviewer didn't join the meeting. I didn't receive any mail regarding this for their inconvenience. Will my interview be rescheduled?

                  I've received my DOJ, but I'm not able to login to the OneC portal and due to this I'm unable to accept the joining and complete other formalities. Kindly resolve the issue as this is the 3rd time I'm receiving joining and the previous 2 times also I could not get onboarded because of the same issue.

                    Dear team,

                    Yesterday I had got two mail.first was from talent acquisition team and another was from Mamatha.[protected]@cognizant.com for interview at 06 pm. So I had filled in the form and joined the interview at time with the first mail code given to me. So no one has attended that interview. After that I got to know this that in both the mail's the joining code was different. So I tried to join for another code but at that time it was not connected.so it's a humble request to kindly reschedule my interview once again as it was done by mistake.i have already mailed to the HR

                        I left Cognizant in 2021 January. After 2 months, I have decided to withdraw full amount. Due to incorrect IFSC code and Father's name, my PF withdraw request was denied.

                        I have contacted Chennai PF office. They said these corrections will be done by your employer ( Cognizant). So, I have dropped an email to cognizant exit help desk team along with the attachments as proofs. Till now I have not received neither reply nor resolution from the exit help desk team.

                          I have worked for 1month in an organization "GENPACT" and my account in HDFC was opened and i have left the company after one month since then HFDC is charging non maintenance charges and my account is negative now.
                          if my account is non operational then why non maintenance charges is applied to it. now account is in negative.
                          kindly requesting you to remove the maintenance charges as I don't want to continue that account.

                                    I'm not able to login in my 1c portal and carryout the prejoining formalities. My virtual onboarding was on 13th Feb.                                       Hi, I have cleared all technical interview of cognizant in April and had HR discussion also where they said "Congratulations! You can get your offer letter within a week" but its been more than a month didn't get offer letter and tried calling HR there they said its recruitment team work we don't know about that. Seriously its feel very bad if we gave all our time and effort for some company and at last they don't respond and give what they committed initially.
                                      i m also same i have attend March 27, After successfully clearing all the interview rounds i was verbally confirmed for getting the role, and was promised to receive the offer letter within a couple of days. but i am still waiting for the offer letter .same Hr team said its recruitment team work we don't know about that.its is very bad r
