May i know how did you got it resolved because even i have not received any email for accepting the offer letter in the portal. and to submit the documents
I had received my offer letter on 11March 2021 but did not receive welcome mailer till now. When I connected to the recruiter, she keeps on saying that this is a technical issue and nothing else but the issue is not resolved till now even in 2 weeks.

iam 2021 passout 3 days back I got prejoining formalities mail first then I got offer letter mail .. after getting prejoining mail I followed the steps and created mail id same as which I previously get mails from cognizant. . I was about to complete my registration . after mobile authentication suddenly error page has displayed I tried various ways lot of times but no use plz help me out of this ..

Unable to Submit EDUCATIONAL DETAILS in pre joining process of CTS

In pre-joining formalities of CTS after document submission, there are some data to be provided while providing it in education details there is no option called NATS ID but while submitting it is showing NATS ID is mandatory to submit that form because of that we are not able to fill further details also.
I got selected the first round through Amcat again for second round of interview the interviewer had problem so he rescheduled still I didn't got any updated mail.
Please give confirmation about it.

Hi, Yesterday, I have doj with cts but I didn't get onboarding pass and webx mail to attend for virtual onboarding. they said tomorrow you will get but today also i did not received. Anyone please look in to this as I am worrying alot bcz I left from my previous organization Withlieu of two months salary...
I'm also facing Same issue since one month onboarding pass is not generated they have revised 4 times doj and now not provided revised doj, I have left my previous organization and also rejected other offers for CTS

I Have the offer letter and i was given the Doj on 21st november but ni link was provided to join From then untill now there are no updates regarding the Doj

But, i didn't get any webex meeting link inorder to join My Day 1 or any other mail regarding postponement till now whereas my other batch mates received them.
Also without attending the day 1, it shows i have completed my Day 1 in one cognizant portal.
It's already been a month, i request you to look into this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have given interview in cognizant and got selected as well. Filled CIS form as well send document to HR. After that my HR discussion is also happened and that time HR said you will receive your written offer letter within 2 days but still I am waiting for that.
Can anyone please help me to know my current status. Till when i can get my offer letter?
I have given Cognizant assessment on 9th February and received email for Technical interview on 17th February. After that i got no call for HR interview neither any rejection mail. Please provide some information regarding this
