I have attended interview on 25th jan 2020 at manyata tech park hebbal bangalore for sap abap role, i have completed interview on same day including hr round and i received mail within a week stating that my interview hr status is on hold and now its almost 3 months.

In between a month back i got 2 to 3 times calls from congnizant to check whether i have received offer letter or still available to join.

I had waited for my offer letter around last 45 days. My last working day is 8th May and now they are telling me we can not release your offer letter. At last moment they are replying we can't release your offer letter....

It's really frustrating to be idle like i'm after even getting a job.
Their management is the worst and you can't even contact the hr, useless everything there is useless....

As per cognizant policy employer ensure to employee if associate resign their job due some personal circumstances he/she can withdraw or revoke their resignations.

I put down resignation on feb 29th and my last date is apr 28th. As i said i resign on feb 29th through 1c portal later three days i went through severe appendix surgery. Immediately i called my tl he was in party he didn't lift my calls later i dropped him a message...

I yet to join in cognizant this month end (27/4/2020). I regularly checking the portal for details. Today (17/04/2020) suddenly this portal server is shown as 'service unavailable'.

I attended an interview at CTS(Lakshmi Tech Park, Kandanchavadi) on Jan 4th 2020 and cleared all the face to face technical rounds (Dot net position). At the end Hr discussion completed, HR informed me that I will receive my offer letter in a week but I haven't received yet. It's saddening when such a big firm is risking employees life and forcing them to work from office when the situation is very delicate in india including kolkata banglore pune. Other companies have managed work from home except cognizant. Sonly seniors are getting laptops. Juniors shpuld be allowed desktop access in case infrastructure is not possible.
