The onecognizantexternal. Cognizant.com is the portal which is handling pre-joining and on-boarding process for cognizant new employees who has been selected and got offer letter.

I yet to join in cognizant this month end (27/4/2020). I regularly checking the portal for details. Today (17/04/2020) suddenly this portal server is shown as 'service unavailable'.

My fear is weather it is temporary? If so when will...

I had attended the interview for engineer trainee on february 2020, at cognizant technology solutions, manyata tech park, f2 second floor, nagawara bangalore. I had completed my technical as well as hr interview and had signed the paper as formality. I didn't receive any update still. I was told by hr that i was selected and i would be receiving my selection mail and my offer letter. Please let me know about it.

Hi i selected in cognizant oct 2019 off campus tirupati but in online written exam i selected my college name was wrong then how can i change my college name and i got pre joining mail from cognizant and i completed 20 tasks. My college name is sri venkateswara college of engineering, tirupati (Svce) but by miss i selected sri venkateswara engineering women's college (Svew)...

I attended an interview at CTS(Lakshmi Tech Park, Kandanchavadi) on Jan 4th 2020 and cleared all the face to face technical rounds (Dot net position). At the end Hr discussion completed, HR informed me that I will receive my offer letter in a week but I haven't received yet. Meanwhile I received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my Photo in one of their portal on Jan 7th 2020, I have uploaded on the same day.

On 10 october 2019, i received a call from nv technology and asked me to do a job that is click 150 links for 10 days and you will get 5rs per link, i agreed and after registration i came to know that it is fake, so i stopped working and now on 19 march 2020 one advocate sent a arbitration notice. Advocate name-nisar ahmed a shaik, surat, gujarat state, it look like black mailing me and threatening to making the payment, so please help me...

It's saddening when such a big firm is risking employees life and forcing them to work from office when the situation is very delicate in india including kolkata banglore pune. Other companies have managed work from home except cognizant. Sonly seniors are getting laptops. Juniors shpuld be allowed desktop access in case infrastructure is not possible. We are being forced to riskour lives and spread the disease.

Hello, i got an email that my candidature is rejected. Without an interview how an interviewer can reject me. Is that make any sense. During the interview his voice is not audible at all. So i said straight away that voice is not audible. He called from other number and still the same. Before all these happened i talked to hr or someone voice is very clear. But during the interview it is very low. Is saying like that is not correct from my side? Mistake is on your interviewer side but finally i'm the who is effected without having the chance to grab your company's offer. What is that mindset.. He said he will call me back. I waited for around 2-3 hrs. Even in the evening i'm waiting for the call. I sent many emails to the point of contact but received nothing from them. It's completely dependent on their mindset. That is a minimum thinking to be done from their side. If he is not audible what i should do. Due to such kind of mindless people i lost the opportunity. First take action on such people. Find such people.. Take feedback from interviewees then enquire and take certain actions on such persons. Finally cognizant also losing valuable associates.
This is very very bad because everytime i'm facing some issue with the interview process.

All round are completed successfully and he say me you have been completed interview successfully. He says me email of offer letter will be given after 10 to 15th days. So I waiting for offer letter when you will declare.

This is not a complaint but a heart felt enquiry. I cleared the interview and had a connect with hr manager and completed the salary negotiation. Post that instead of getting an offer letter email
I get an email stating that my profile is kept on hold

I got selected over there and filled the candidate information details. After that i got a mail regarding live interview and a career link for photo upload. Its been 55+ days i have not receieved any offer letter. I have dropped mails and call to hr many times but got no response from him.

I have given an interview in cognizant 31jan in bangalore manyta teachpark, salary discussion, hr has confirmed my selection. I got one confirmation (Sub-cognizant interview status selected) on 11feb (Selection/interview date mentioned -5feb), i again got call and a week back, he asked me about did i get offer or not. He told me i will get offer soon. But still no luck.
Can you please help me why delaying..? At least some confirmation and acknowledgement from cts side, i am getting referred again and again by cts employee (Getting mail from cognizant) unknown sources. Getting interview call for same technology. When i said i already selected than they dropped my call, but not offer letter.
I am not getting what is this this. Hr told me if i have any query, i can reach out to the person who invited me for interview. I have dropped more than 10/ mails but not a single reply.

I am excepting some positive reply here.

I had attended interview on 29th march 2019 in cambridge college bangalore for engineer trainee role and got my offer letter on 17th june 2019. I had finished all my pre joining formalities... After that i have not received a single mail from cts... It has been one year me waiting for joining...
Please don’t spoil students life like this instead u can inform that whether thy are rejected so that they can search for some other company...

As i have been selected in march 2019in on campus for engineer trainee domain and i received my offer letter in june and i finished up all the onboarding process. And after that all of my friends got there doj except me still now i am waiting its been 9month. So i request you to please take its as an important one and make an updated about my doj.
