I had attend an interview on june 1st 2019 for java associate post in
Cochin location. Qualified all rounds. And discussed with HR about package. But not received offer letter yet. I mailed the HR s many times . But reply are not received.I tried to call in phone. But they are not attend. Its almost more than 2 weeks. please let me know the current status of this offer.

I have given interview with CTS on 13th April 2019 and completed all the rounds and process. I have received a mail on 17th April saying that they will be releasing offer letter very soon and also got link to submit CIF form.

Now it's been 2 month still I haven't received any update from Hr team not even a call regarding my offer letter.I request you to please provide me update on this.

They have mailed our college T & P department about the selected students on 25th march 2019, but till now i.e 19th june 2019 I haven't received any mail from the company. Approximately more how much time will it take to receive my offer letter?

This is Ganesh. I have given all rounds of interview for ETL Tester position with Cognizant on Jun 1st at Raheja Mind Space - Hyderabad. On June 12Th i got Live interview has been scheduled then i filled up all the required information in CIS. After that i didnt get any email not even response to my emails as well.Please let me know when can i get the offer letter.

I am Chinni juluru.I got the offer letter in February and I got the training modules and I am doing them in a proper way and I completed the L0 and L1 challenges.Tge candidate s in some of the college's who got offer letters in February got the call letters and date of joining on june14.so please send me the call letters and doj or atleast the information regarding the call letters as early as possible.

I have attended an off campus interview in dec 15 in 2018 in kolkata and got my offer letter on dec 20 in 2018 but it has been 6 months I have not receive my DOJ. On feb 3rd they sent me A mail telling it will take 4-6 months but i have waited so much and there is no news of any sort of joining in fact there is no poc also. It just playing with our career after telling also not giving joining date after 6...

I have attended the interview in Cognizant on 1 june. The HR ( MUTHUPALANIAPPAN.[protected]@cognizant.com) said in a couple of days he would send me the offer letter. But still there is no response at all. I have been mailing them but they dont care to reply at all.
It's been difficult to even contact and the consultancy (Concepts hr consultancy) is not at all responding properly.

I was interviewed on 12th May at Thoraipakkam TCO Cognizant.
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Hr told me that i will get the offer letter in 10 days.
It has been almost 1 month now and i didnt receive offer letter yet.

17 May - I received live interview with cognizant and requested to fill online CIS form.

22 May - Received interview status as select mail from cognizant tag.

28 May - Again received live interview with cognizant.

After then i didnt receive any updates, even hr not responding to any mails.

I was interviewed in Cognizant on 15th june at Varalakshmi tech park chennai. I have cleared my technical rounds including manager and interview was quite easy and nothing technical much. Then I waited for 3 hours to take up HR round. There comes the problem. My CTC is 12 lakhs per annum and my total experience 7.2 years. By looking at my package HR said your package is very high. so I have replied yes i have different skill sets that was the reason i was paid more. Then he asked y CTS then i said it is MNC and the company which i am working is small scale company so i want to work in MNC so that i can learn different technologies. Then he said for your experience I would like to give senior Associate but technical panel has recommended Associate level for you. Then i asked their hierarchy and he explained and said for candidate should have exp from 3 to 6.5 years for associate level. Then I asked I am holding 7.2 years of experience and i have different skill sets which will suit for ETL, Reporting and analytics projects. If they really felt that I am not capable to senior associate then why did they selected. If they rejected right away i will groom myself and will back next time. HR don't have answer and he started saying don't feel anxiety.May be "they felt that you have some room to improve but at the same time they don't want to miss you".Don't you think this is stupidity. If they felt that i am not fit for the role and years of experience i am holding they should reject the candidate. I really got irritated and started to tell him both technical panel members are not technical person. They just asked some very basic interview questions and started asking my project process and methodologies followed in project. Finally technical panel asked are you open to work on any technologies and i have told them if you see my profile i worked on different tools and i did not stick with any tool. So i am open to work on new technologies and they are happy. Here are my questions:

1. Though technical panel is not relevant to the technology(skill set: Tableau which I attended) still managed to take interview. They didn't check me anything on tableau how come technical panel has recommended 'Associate' level for me. Is it true that technical panel can decide the level for the candidate without thoroughly checking their skill set?

2. Or HR is bad in negotiating the package? To cover that cognizant cannot even afford for 30%(as per industry standard) so the HR used his weapon saying that panel has recommended you 'Associate role'. If that is the case HR would have asked me about my salary negotiation right.

3. As per HR statement. technical panel felt that i have some room to improve and at the same time they don't want to miss the candidate. So cognizant policy trying to say it will recruit senior software engineer and depromote the candidate to 'Associate' and after joining to cognizant I should improve. So that Cognizant will feel happy by offering me job and also I have improved bcz of only CTS. Don't you think this is non sense.

4. If you cannot afford or if have a budget constraint, why HR sending call letter after knowing their CTC and expected CTC? Why you are wasting candidate time for the whole day?

P.S I know my complaint will not do anything to your company but the humiliation I have faced during HR interview i will not forget and Good bye to your company.Treat candidate with respectful end of the day all are humans and we born to help others not to hurt others.

To the HR: Your attitude and the stuff you have explained me shows you are immature for your position. You are CTS employee untill you hold that tag keep that in mind.

I was interviewed for cognizant infrastructure services at Galgotias college of engineering and technology (greater Noida) on 18 may 2019. I passed all the rounds and we were told that we will be getting offer letter within 15 days, but it is going to be a month now and no communication is Done by cognizant till now.

I cleared the Technical round and went to HR.I was told to wait for the mail about my interview status within 15 days. But, I still didnt get my mail whether i got selected or not.Its been more 15 days I still dont know my interview status.Could you help me solve my problem?

I have attend the interview on 11-may-2019, i have completed all the rounds and hr discussion done on same day. Since i was instructed like i will be receiving the offer letter within 10 days. Hence i am not received any offer letter so far.

27 - may -2019 : i got the online cis form to submit - i am done with that
22 - may-2019: i got the email states that "cognizant interview status - select". Hence i have written couple of email to hr. However, i didn't get the offer letter or any call from hr team.

This about how cognizant is doing recruitment in the recent days in Bangalore. Fresher get a link where he can give a exam. Before one day night that exam answer leak in Facebook. All know the answer and they give the exam. After that cognizant call for interview where they are asking tell about your self, why should I hire you, are u interested in relocating. Then Hr selecting the candidate based on that. Now a days there is no value of this it companies.
Totally waste company. No value to this company.

Hello. I'm Geethika. I have attended CTS interview for the role of a PAT on 23rd march 2019, at Hyderabad. The company has announced the results to our college t&p department on 25th march 2019. But till today i.e 15th june 2019 we haven't received any mail from the company. So when can we expect the offer letter? Approximately more how long will it take?

I have attended interview on 18th May 2019 in Cognizant Technology Solutions at Hyderabad for Servicenow developer position and cleared all the rounds. Hr discussion was also done. Hr told me that i will be receiving offer in 1 week.
But on 22nd may 2019, i received mail stating “ Cognizant interview status - select”.
After that i received a mail from hr on 28th may 2019 to submit cis form and some documents.
On the same day i received a mail from talent acquisition stating Live interview with cognizant and to fill CIS and upload photograph.
I had successfully done these things.

Later I did not hear any response from them.

Again on 12th June 2019, I received same mail from talent acquisition stating Live interview with Cognizant and to fill cis, upload photograph.

Can you please help me to know the status of my application.
Will I get offer .?
How many days will cognizant takes to release offer.
Please assist.

I attended an interview at cts Chennai on March 2nd 2019 and cleared all the rounds. At the end HR informed me that I will receive my offer letter in a week but I haven't received yet. Meanwhile I received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my Photo in one of their portal for live interview After that, I haven't received any updates.

I have attended the interview in Cognizant more than 1.5 months ago and successfully qualified in all the rounds. But I did't get any call or email after that regarding any further communications. Today I got a system generated email saying my application is on hold and no proper assurance on what's next.

I am unsure if they don't have any requirement then why to take interviews on every weekends for the same post again and again. Just to waste our time??

I have attended the Interview on 4th May 2019 in Chennai. On 24th May 2019 I got a mail with subject "Live interview with Cognizant" and then after 2 days I got a mail asking me to fill the CIS form.

When I followed the one who have sent an email, he told my offer got processed and hence I will get soon.

But again I got an email on 10 June 2019 with the subject "Live interview with Cognizant".

Can someone please help me to understand how long it would take to get the offer letter???

I have done my interview on 16th May 2019 at Phase-3 Pune, and the recruiter said he is satisfied with my interview performance including technical round. They said they will communicate me via e-mail for further round of interview process but got the e-mail by stating that my application is on hold. Does it mean I may get entertain in future or its form a simply rejection? Please elaborate
