I gave interview on 18th nov 2018 in s. B road office, 2 technical round followed by hr round. All went well. Hr said as i am ex-employee, it may take 1 week to process for approvals. But do not hear anything till date except auto generated email that application is on hold. What is the reason for "on hold". At least hr could update during interview itself. I did not ask much hike. Guys why do you just take the interview if simply you put the application on hold without any reason. I am ex-employee of cts and had good impression, but now this is very much disappointing.

Worst experience with cognizant two times selected but did not receive offer letter..Hr's are worst. Didn't even reply back to my mail.

    Hi,
    This is Gone Pranay. I attended the Interview in Cognizant at kandanchavadi, Chennai on 1st December of 2018. And I completed my Hr Round on same day. And I filled CIS form and uploaded my photo in they given link on 3 rd december.
    I got the cognizant status mail on 21st December. But, Still offer letter not released. Please resolve my problem.

      I had interview with cognizant at pune on 17th november 2018 for sap fico. During my conversation with hr he said that i will receive offer letter within a week. I also received an auto generated email from cognizant that interview status is selected.

      After multiple follow-ups i received an email on 4th december 2018 to fill cis application form and upload photo link. On the same day i have submitted all those details.

      But still there is no update from cognizant.

      for me Aug 20 interview happened ... form was filled the document there itself ...Informed selected and HR will call you in 1 week, called me after 3 Weeks and promised I will get Offer Letter in 1 Week.
      No response from them ...in November I got a photo Upload Mail with One time password I did it.
      Again no response . I got one mail ID and dropped a mail to them.

        regarding problem with pre-joining formalities

        Hello team,
        Gud afternoon this madhavi. I recently got the offer letter with pre-joining formalities to fill all the details.
        But after accepting the offer letter, i lost net connectivity. So again i opened the prejoining formalities to complete tasks in onboarding form, but i am not getting the tasks. can you please resolve it fast.

        I have attended interview on 27 october 2018 and cleared all the rounds including hr round.

        Salary discussion also done and hr congragulated me for the offer also.

        Interview atted at chennai thoraipakkam office.

        Please let us know will i receive offer or not.

        I am in to sap pp. Three rounds of panel went successfully.

        the same date 27th Oct-18 I cleared up hr round.

        But no response from Hr team.

          I was interviewed on 24th november, 2018 in kolkata. I got a shortlisted mail on 28th november and later received a link to submit the assessment test but and I received the offer letter on 10th dec but didnot receivr any mail from [protected]@cognizant.com where I will be provided with the link to upload my documents and to accept the offer. While today I received a mail from c2c to submit the documents by 15th decrmber. Please look into this matter on priority basis.

            I am 3 years exp.
            Attended my interview @ manyata tech park bangalore on oct 6.
            Tech and hr rounds went well and hr promised that the offer will be released within 2 weeks.
            Its more than 2 months now, not even any sign of getting an offer.

            Got a mail to fill a form and upload photo and no replies after that for months.

            Can't believe that such a reputed company is so unprofessional.

            If there are no vacancies/requirements please don't waste people time in a day-long interview and months of wait with no clue of what is happening.

            Not sure whether i can mention the hr/spoc name here. So leaving it _.

            Let's maintain professionalism in the it industry.

              I interviewed at cognizant on nov 23rd, 2018 at galgotia campus. Its been 10 days i havenot received any sort of information from cognizant till yet. I cleared all the rounds there even the hr told me you will receive confirmation mail soon. I even signed the document there.

                not able to edit the pan declaration form in pre joining formalities

                I recently received my offer letter from cognizant and after that i received an mail for filling the details in prejoining formalities in that while filling pan declaration form my name went wrong and after submitting the form i gave modify and edited my details by i was not able to submit the form again, there is no submit button shown at the bottom then how can i submit my modified form please help me to solve this problem...

                Hi,

                I have attended interview on nov 16 2018 at chennai.

                Had cleared 2 technical interview and they said hr is busy, so they will contact hr interview later. But unfortunately i haven't get any call from hr, instead of that i got an email from "cognizant interview status - under review"

                Also, i have got again interview call letter from cts for same position.

                Is there any possible to get hr interview call or not? Please answer me anyone.

                Very frustrated ☹️

                  I was interviewed on 24th nov 2018 at thoraipakkam in cognizant.
                  I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
                  Hr told me that max of 10 days i can expect the salary break up and once i accept it i will get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
                  Its been 2 weeks now and i have not received any reply from them.

                      Hi,

                      I have been interviewed in cognizant on 13th oct 2018 at their pune phase 3 office and cleared all the rounds, after that hr told me that you are selected for the said position and you will receive offer letter within 2 weeks of time but after 2 weeks i have received only one communication from then stating that you are selected for the said position and that was system generated mail after that no communication from them.

                      Till date i have not received my offer letter and also don't know whom to contact / approach further

                      Can anyone help me with this...

                        I attended an interview at cts pune phase 3 for sap pp qm position and cleared all the rounds at the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter within 2 weeks but till date i have not received any offer letter

                        Anyone can suggest how and whom to approach next??.

                        Also can anyone tell the exact time required for processing the offer letter.

                          Wanted to confirm that i gave my hr as well as technical rounds on 17th november 2018 in ncr region galgotias college however, i haven't received any confirmation or rejection mail till now.
                          I came to know that people have received a test link of 20 min and those who gets rejected receives rejection email.
                          Should i consider a no as i haven't received any email or should wait for some more time.
                          It would really be helpful if you could help me with same

                            I cleared amcat freshers apptitude exam and i got shortlisted after hr. After that i need to write programing exam conducted by amcat after completion of that exam i didn't get response mail from amcat. Please give solution i had fear that system didn't take my exam record when i click submit button in my pc it shows that your response has been recorded but i didn't received any mail

                                I'm vinothini from sirumugai. I have received messages in whatsapp today morning from an unknown number. While i enquired whom it's, he said that he is venkat from cognizant. When i asked the reason for texting me, he said that my resume got shortlisted & asked me when i can come for the interview. When i asked why did he message in whatsapp for this, he's telling that it's his senior manager's order to inform the candidates. None of the company staff will do like this. If my resume is selected, he should have mailed me about it. If he's really a cognizant staff, i need to know why does he behave like this. Didn't expect such a behaviour to call a candidate for interview. I request to take necessary action on this.

                                  onboarding process

                                  After clearing my interview i got a mail to write a amcat coding test for on boarding but unfortunately that mail has been deleted in my phone. But after a couple of days i got pre joining formalities. And i completed uploading all the documents and bg verification also. My query is as i missed that exam, can i expect that mail again to write the test....

                                  I was interviewed on 17th nov 2018 at pune (Senapati bapat road) for windows server admin role in cognizant.
                                  I cleared all the technical rounds after that they made me fill a form with all my details (Personal and professional) on the same day.

                                  Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect update on this.
                                  Its been 2 weeks now and i have not received any reply from them.

                                  Same for me too. I had interviewed on the same day in kochi, kerala office. Had cleared all rounds and even had salary negotiation with HR. The HR said like, I will receive letter within 2 weeks. But not yet received any response from cts. Not even that photo upload mail (did u received that).

                                  Later, this week, I managed to get the mail id of that HR from my friends working there. I have dropped a mail to get the update. That too dont have any response.

                                  Cognizant always do like this. Just don't depend on them. Try to attend other interviews too. That will be better.

                                  I have attended interview on 17 Nov for performance testing in Bangalore..after getting photo upload mail..didn't get any update...how to contact HR? ..went through a consultancy and consultancy also don't pickup our calls.

                                  I didn't got any photo upload mail even. And i went for a direct walk-in. So consultancies wont matter. Let us wait for little more. Meanwhile can attend others too. Don't rely much on Cognizant. They keep doing these..

                                  Hi Nehw, I too attended for PT interview on same day. I filled CIS form and HR round also over. I did not get any photo upload mail, but I got mail saying that my interview status is select from cognisant tag team on Dec 13th. After that I don’t have any communication from them. Do you any further update on your case.
