Hi,

I have attended interview on 14th October 2018 at cognizant thoraipakkam for ETL testing. After discussing with HR, he confirmed within couple of weeks i will be getting my offer letter.

Till date I didn't get any mail from them and tried reaching but no response both for mail and calls. Yesterday received mail from cognizant tag stating that " interview attended on 13th October had been put on hold" but...

Cognizant has 2 months notice period. I asked the manager to waive off the notice period to 15 days he/she agreed. I confirmed for no fnf deduction from the manager and he/she confirmed that i would be getting full fnf. I do have the mail for the same.

The manager and hr are now denying to give leave encashment as i have left the company in 15 days due to the policy if somebody does not serve the full notice period, he/she won't be getting leave encashment.

My manager had not knowledge of the policy and committed me to give encashment. If they would have told me that i won't be getting leave encashment i had been served the full notice period.

Due to manager's unawareness and miscommunication i am losing my money. I have sent many mails to cts hr and managers but no response.

Please help.

I attended an interview on 6 oct 2018 at bangalore. I cleared all the rounds and hr discussion also done. After 1 week i receive a mail your application under review. But i did not get any feedback from hr. I sent mail to hr where i got invitation but there is no reply. Could you please suggest, whether i will receive a call from cts or not?

I have been interviewed and cleared all the rounds in cts gurgaon on 15th september for pl/sql with hive position but even after approx 1.5 months, there is no offer letter. However, in the hr round salary discussion was done, it has been told that you will get an offer letter in a couple of days.

After that, i have received the auto-generated mail that you have been referred by xxxx person in cts. I have followed multiple times to hr
But she always mentioned your candidature is on-hold. Atlast on 17-oct hr mentioned we had only 2 positions and that has been filled but profile will be considered for other positions if any as candidature is on-hold but i am still getting again call from cognizant for the interview for the same position.

I am bit confused now. Is there any point in giving interview again or they have positions even or not. Any help will be appreciated!!

Hi,
I have also attended and got selected for Automation testing selenium and Java. I have completed technical 1, 2 project manager and hr as well. As discussed hr told me that I will receive offer letter after 10 days. But I received a mail like your application is on hold. I dropped a mail to hr and they said attend the interview again.
I didn't understand if they have same position requirement why they didn't fill with the other candidates who got selected.

I attended interview on 22nd september for etl testing at varalakshmi tech park chennai. After hr discussion, he said me that i will recieve an offer in a week. On october 10 i got a call fro cts hr team saying that you will receive an offer in 10 days but i didn't receive an offer yet. I dropped multiple mails to hr sangeeth but no response.
I want to know when i will receive my offer letter.

I too have attended for ETL testing on same brand and on same day 22 nd sep...I too got call from HR on same day October 10 th. But no offer letter yet. Please ping once u get any update

No.. I got a mail from POC that the requirement is On HOLD..
Don't expect offer letter try for some other company.

I got selected in cognizant on 1st September 2018 for ETL testing in pune and received auto generated mail saying that i am selected in cognizant on 18th september.But till now i didn't recieved my offer letter.

Cognizant — joining letter

Hi cts team (Cognizant interview status)
I was interviewed on 21st july 2018 (Hinjawadi, pune) through amcat both technical and hr rounds are completed.

After one week i got mail from cognizant that you are selected in the interview process and you will get offer and joining letter soon.

After that on 3rd september, i have received offer letter n pre - joining formalities mail. I had completed all processes n on 3rd october i received mail for reminding the acceptance of offer letter and mention that "tentative date of joining is october".

But till date, there is no any mail received.
I also sent couple of mails and but no reply from cts team.
Is anyone give interview on same day through amcat.??? If yes then please told mi what should i do.?

I myself and my friend was interviewed on 20th jan 2018 at cognizant tco for.net developer role in cognizant. We cleared all the rounds. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day. Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect salary negotiation and once i accept it we will get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
Its been 1 month now and i have not received any reply from them.

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.

Hi, I was interviewed on 13 the October, 2018(Okkiyampet, Chennai). Cleared all rounds including technical and HR. Salary and other things were discussed and HR told me they will send offer letter within 1 week. But I didn't get any updates from them. Also I mailed HR but they didn't responded.

I had given my interview for informatica developer in cts on 1st sep and have qualified all the rounds.
After 2 weeks of that i got the mail from the recruitment team stating that my profile is processed. I also got the call from the hr to upload my photo on the portal and i did the same.

But still its been 2 months now and i have not got the offer letter.

Kindly let me know the current status of my offer letter and when can i expect one.

I attended an interview at icc tech towers, sb road pune on 29 september 2018 (Saturday) for ios developer role in cognizant and cleared all the rounds.in the end, hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter in a week but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile, i received an email "interview status as select" from cognizant talent acquisition team on october 04 2018. After that, i haven't received any updates.
Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.

I also attended interview on September 29th I was informed that I will get offer in 3 days but till now I dint receive . I got a mail to fill candidates information post that no communication . Not able to reach hr as well

Cognizant technology solutions — offer letter not received for interview on 29th sep 2018 at bangalore
On september 29, 2018 at bangalore manyatha tech park for role automation test engineer in cognizant. For coimbatore location
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.

Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect offer letter.
Its been 1 month now and i have not received any reply from them.
I have mailed regarding this to hr but there is no reply from them.

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter...

I have given interview in cts, kolkata on 25th august for.net. I have cleared all the rounds and after that hr told me i will get offer letter within a week. But i haven’t received any update!

Finally after 1 month on 18th september i got a confirmation mail of getting selected - “interview status - select”.

Then after that i have tried to hr many times she picks the call depending upon her mood and doesn’t want to give any update! She always tells wait and don’t call me for update!! (This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable from a professional hr).

It’s more than one month again over and total of 2months over from the day i gave interview, i still haven’t received any offer and call from them after getting selection mail too!

Hi,
I was also interviewed on the same day in Chennai (13th October) for Automation testing. But still didn't received any update from CTS. HR told me that within 2 weeks they will send offer letter. But no updates.

Also they are not replying my mails. If you will get any update from CTS can you please let me know.

I attended a interview in cognizant on 23-sep-18 for asp.net mvc technology. I had completed technical and hr interviews and been told that with in one week or ten days i would be recieving offer letter. But still i did not recieve the offerletter. I tried contacting the one who scheduled interview (Percia. [protected]@cognizant.com) but no response.

A week before i recieved a mail to fill candidate information sheet from sandeep. [protected]@cognizant.com. I have filled the same and uploaded a photo but no update after that.
Not sure how many days it will take to generate offer letter.

I had got selected for asp.net developer with azure on 23rd see 2018 (Sunday) at manyata tech park bangalore. Salary was discussed, i had settled for the salary they offered me. Everything went really well but i have not got the offer letter or welcome mail till now. I see that few people have already got the welcome mail and offer letter as well. I tried calling the on boarding team they just ask me to send an email. I did send the email but no response till now. I also tried contacting the hr but no response. Just want to know the status of my application.

Hi cts hr team (Cognizant offer letter status)
I was interviewed on 22nd september 2018 (Pune), both technical and manager rounds are completed on same day and they told they get back with in 3 days.

After waiting of 15 days one day i got a email in that cis form is attached & asked for salary slips, form 16, photograph etc. I provided all documents & filled cis form that day only & sent to them.

After sent email, again i got a email from cts talent acquisition team on 12th october in that they provided a verification code & a link to fill cis from with upload live photo & attached 1 photo as well & i submitted that day as well & they told me i will get offer letter within 2 days.

Still waiting for offer letter & i sent email to hr & they are responding me back.

Anybody can suggest something should i wait for offer letter or not.

Worst transport i have not seen before actually my shift is at 12.30 but driver told me he is inside manyta techpark. How they are not responsible for us. Please i have requested transport team please send drivers on time otherwise we will not reach office in time. So clients are suffered. Please check with bangalore, manyata park, cognizant, transport team and tell them to give appropriate service for us. Otherwise i will complain to higher authorities.

And after repeated mails made to the concerned batch owner, now he is telling that the final date is not in his hand. Then what is the reason of this fake promise which made all my plans doubtful.?
