I accepted offer letter. My documents also got approved. But in my status it's showing that they are not able to generate on boarding pass. And there it's written that i need to contact recruiter. But i am not getting any reply for my mails. And also i don't have contact no of recruitment team. Kindly help me regarding this issue. Is there any contact number for recruitment team.

I have tried to contact from the person who has sent me call letter but i haven't received any response yet. I was given interview with cognizant on 4th august 2018. Same day i was confirmed by hr that i will receive my offer letter with in next week. But still i am waiting for my offer letter. Please find the attached confirmation mail. I attended the interview on 18 august 2018 for sap sd consultant at cognizant manyata business park. I have cleared both the technical rounds and had a discussion with hr. Hr told you will get offer letter by next week. I have filled the application candidate form also on the same day. Still i haven't received any update. How can i check status of my profile.

Have appeared for the 4th aug interview in kolkata for the position of sap pm consulant and have cleared the l1 and l2 interview and also hr dioscuiion took place on the same date.

After salary negotiation and other discussion it was communicated to me that the offer letter wil be released in 2-4 weekd.

But till date i havent received any communication in this regard.

I have full faith in the hr policies and procedure in cts.

I received my offer letter from cognizant stating to join on 23rd august 2018. I have uploaded all my documents in cognizant portal as mentioned in joining formalities. My cognizant id is 11540692. Since i didn't get onboarding pass, i couldn't join on 23rd august.
In portal my joining date is showing[protected]. Till now i didn't get a mail regarding new date of joining....

I appeared in the recruitment process for the post of programmer analyst trainee held on 27th July, 2018 through AMCAT. I received an email informing me that I have been shortlisted and background checks are currently going on. I was told that I'll hear from their team within two weeks. I have also tried reverting back to the email i received but got no response from their side till now.

I had interviewed for an sfdc profile on 18th august 2018.

I had cleared all the rounds and then i was asked to fill up a form.

The hr told me that i was selected and i even got a cup as an acknowledgment, and was informed that i will be getting the offer letter within a week.

However, it's been 2 weeks already and i have not received any offer letter.

Kindly help me on this.

After that i have got shortlisted mail on 31st july n mention that ur background verification and document verification is in progress.in next 2 weeks u have received selected or not selected mail.
There is no any mail from cts till date...
What should i do...??

My name is niranjan kulkarni & i was interviewed recently on 11th august 2018 (I traveled all the way from mumbai for the interview) @ cognizant pune sb road office for sap fi technology. All rounds cleared salary discussed but they have not released the offer letter yet. Recently my referrer checked the status and it was waiting bu hr approval today it is 1st sept 2018 but i've still not received the offer letter. Few years back it was sufficient to clear rounds to be eligible to join any company but now that also is not sufficient i guess... Because on enquiry i came to know that they don't have projects and they will release offer letter once they got projects for allocation... My question to you guys is why do you hire candidates in mass when you don't have projects... Nice pass time organisations have discovered to play with candidate's emotions... Keep it up... I hope someone from the 'hr' team answer my question... Earlier this year when i attended the interview at hinjewadi location that time also i cleared the l1 round and due to non availability of mangers for l2 round the 'hr' asked us to leave promising us that the interview will be arranged next week which never happened..

I have attended cognizant technology solutions off campus drive on 21st july for programmer analyst trainee at cts hinjewadi, pune through amcat.
After that i have got shortlisted mail on 30th july n mention that ur background verification and document verification is in progress.in next 3 weeks u have received selected or not selected mail.

I had appeared f2f walkin of cognizant at bhubaneswar on 10th mar, subsequently i was selected for “sa” level candidate and supposed to get offer letter within 2 weeks as informed by my hr - dhinesh (Cc'd).

Moreover i have received email for photo upload from talent acquisition.

I sent many followup emails to poc for the update on my offer letter, however did not get any update. Attached the entire email communication for your reference.

Could you please help me to get status of my offer letter and kindly do let me know if any further information required.

Also sent email to boardcall team of cognizant, however i did nt get any response.

I have attended the cts drive at galgotias engineering college on 21st july, 2018 through amcat.in response, i got their confirmation mail on 31st jult, 2018 of being selected in interview process and i was told that after my background verification is in process and i will he given offer letter within 2 weeks.
But it's been two weeks and i haven't heard any word from them.
I have sent many mail to inquire about hiring decision at different mail at cognizant but got no response from their side.
I am really in dilemma that whether i will get the offer letter or not.
Please do suggest me some ways so that i can reach to them and get to know about my offer letter status.

Hello,
I received my offer letter on 20th august from cognizant stating to join on 27th august 2018. I have uploaded all my documents in cognizant portal as mentioned in joining formalities. My reference id in cognizant is 12272692. I travelled from gurgaon as per my joining date but was not allowed to onboard as am not holding boarding pass and my bg is showing as pending for approval.

I have cleared all round of interviews which held in december 2017 for the position of wan brm in pune location. My poc was nithin saji. However i didn’t got offer letter. I have uploaded the photo, cv and all details in cognizant portal.
Now nithin says that he is not poc for that post. He is not able to resolve this problem. Still i’m waiting for offer letter.

Hi All,

I got recieved offer letter on 26 July 2018 but have not recieved onboarding/pre-joining email yet.

Somedays later I talked to HR, she said some issue with backend and will get it sorted but no resolution yet.
Since then I am following up almost daily over email but no luck.

Please comment if anyone faced such type of issue and how it got resolved.

I attended an interview at cts bengaluru on aug 04th 2018 and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter in a week but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from cts talent acquisition profile under review. After that, i haven't received any updates. I am not sure if normally they would take almost a month to release the offer letter.

I had attended the interview at cts kolkata campus on 21st july for a oracle fusion middleware (Soa) based position. I had attended two rounds of technical interview and one round of hr discussion, where we had also discussed the probable compensation and job location. At the end i was asked to fill up a form and submit two copies of photographs.

I was intimidated by the hr personnel the same day that i will be receiving my offer letter within 10 working days, but it's been a month and i am yet to receive amy information from their end.

Kindly let me know the status of my application.

Hi team,

I had interviewd on 4th august for sap mm profile and on the same day, i had hr discussion regarding ctc, variables and my profile was processed with hr acceptance to the concerned poc.

I tried to contact the hr (Sutapa. Nath) through emails but none is responding to them.

I am a immediate joiner and my poc is chetan. Please look into this matter
