Cognizant — cognizant did not received the offer letter

Hi,

I attended for interview on 27 th nov 2017 at cts (Bangalore) for spotfire developer skill and i have cleared all rounds and hr discussion completed on same day itself. Hr informed me you will received offer letter in couple of days.

I got a mail on dec 1st to upload my photo and uploaded on the same day.
Later on 13th dec 2017 i got a call from cts saying will receive the offer letter within a week but have not received yet.

Trying to call hr and dropping mail too, but not getting any respond.

Anyone please let me know if will get offer letter r not?

Updated by rajeshdpm I sent mail to [protected]@cognizant.com and they created a ticket and it was closed stating that reach out to [protected]@cognizant.com for the same.

Then I forwarded mail to [protected]@cognizant.com and waiting for reply.
