[Resolved]  Cognizant — cognizant - offer letter not released

Hi,

I attended the interview on 13th july 2019 in cognizant sb road pune for big data opportunity and got the confirmation as "selected" from hr. Hr discussed the salary and informed me that offer letter will be released in a week but i haven`t received it yet. I got the mail from cognizant tag team also as "cognizant interview status - select". I uploaded the photo as well in one of the portal.

After not getting any mail for 14 days, i tried to contact hr and the person who conducted the interview but after many efforts, got the status that "requirement is on hold and we will consider your profile in future." from then i mailed them almost 4-5 times regarding the status of my offer letter but no one is replying to my mail. Moreover the dilemma is, yesterday i again got two mail from two cognizant recruiters for job opportunity in pune for big data. I am not able to understand if they select someone then why they are not giving priority to selected person. They are conducting interviews only and not giving offer letter to selected candidates.

It is almost a month and no one is even replying to my queries now.

Please look into this matter asap as it is affecting cognizant reputation very badly in market.

Hoping for a quick resolution and expecting my offer letter asap. Please help.
