Cognizant — Cognizant Technology Solutions All Rounds of Interview cleared but no offer letter even after promise from HR to release a Lette

My Name is Faiz Ahmed Pathan and I attended cognizant interview on 23h Feb 2022 and had a Positive discussion with HR on 25th March regarding Package and joining, I was told that I would receive the offer letter in next 7-10 working days.

So far, no further communication received and unable to connect with HR over a call as well.

I expect at least some communication from the company side
