Cognizant — cognizant technology solutions offer letter not received- no response from recruiters

I attended interview drive for msbi on 28th april, 2018 in cts, kolkata, sector -5 office.

I completed 1st, 2nd and hr round on 28th april, 2018. I had a discussion regards salary package with hr and said i will get offer letter in a week or two but i have not received offer letter yet. I have already contacted hr recruiter sourakar chaudhuri multiple times through email and linkedin but he is not giving any response and not giving any status of the offer letter.
Kindly do the needful.
