Cognizant — did not get offer letter from cognizant

I had received hr discussion from hr on 17th nov 2018 for programming analyst trainee. After successful completion of technical and hr round, panel supporting members advised that they will send email in a week. But till now i have not received any further communication.

Some of my friends got response that you are not selected after completing all the rounds, but i did not get any response from congnizant team. Is there any way to get the update. I don't have hr email /phone number to check for the same.

I got offer letter and I uploaded all documents for background verification.I also got final reminder for Background documents upload.How many days it will take to receive Date of Joining mail..Is there any CTS helpdesk mail to query about CTS DOJ
