Cognizant — didn't not get my offer letter from manyata tech cogni

I gave my interview on 2nd of feb 2019, and i cleared all the rounds for sap bw along with the diacussion of hr.

Hr told that i will recieve my offer letter withing a week but since then i am waiting, i tried contacting them over call and even i went to office to check with the hr but she told that somebody from chennai is responsible for the drive and she was just the poc.

Everything was completed and again they told the my offer has been put on hold.
Its kept on hold from last 3 months and i didnot get any update regarding that whenever i try to check with them one simple reply is no opening for version whivh i have experience in, then why my interview was taken and why i was told i cleared everything.

Please if any help can provided it would be great.
I holded on to this because i thought as per cognizant reputation this company wont hold offers and oll as it would be imbarassing for such a high level company but i got stuck, i guess it doesnt matter much for the reputation.
