Cognizant — enquire about my candidature

Hi team,

My technical round with cognizant happend on 18th may 2019. Then they scheduled my second round two times but panel was not available. Finally they shared webex details for second round on 29th may but no body joined the webex. From that time, i didn't received any email or call from them. Even they are not responding.
Now i can't apply again because my profile is already in process.

I raised this concern earlier also but then resolved the ticket without informing me.
