I have been contacting exithelpdesk india from past 1 month and there has been no response. I live in us and have my perm process pending due to this. Please could somehelp me escalate this to higher management.

Updated by rahuja01 My issue was resolved after escalating to higher management - HR. The Exit Helpdesk is not helpful.
