[Resolved]  Cognizant — experience letter require

I have been contacting exithelpdesk india from past 1 month and there has been no response. I live in us and have my perm process pending due to this. Please could somehelp me escalate this to higher management.

My issue was resolved after escalating to higher management - HR. The Exit Helpdesk is not helpful.
