Cognizant — had not yet received my offer letter.

My name is samiksha sharma. I had been interviewed in lovely professional university on 7th april 2019. I had cleared all the rounds and have been informed to get the offer letter within a week but i had not yet recieved any offer letter. My name is in the list of final result for shortlisting candidates. Please let me know how much time it takes more to get the offer letter.
