Cognizant — I am complaining about my offer letter

My name is mouli. I had attended for cognizant drive conducted at "sri venkateswara engineering college" tirupathi on the date 11/5/2017. For the post of "quality engineering & assurance". Till now i didn't get any positive respone from you. Few of my friends got mail fromcognizant. But, i didn't got mail till now. So please can you tell me what is the process of sending offer letter and how much time to will take.
I have already mailed you regarding this issue. But till now there is no reply from your side. So please accept my request and reply me as soon as possible
