Cognizant — I got selected in interview but after 2 days I received an email saying I didn't clear interview

I had my interview on 19jan both technical and HR and received an email after interview saying, I've cleared the interview for service desk role but on 21jan i got an email saying i didn't clear the interview.
what is this? there was no explanation. very unprofessionalism here.
