Cognizant — I have not received offer letter and waiting for this since last 2-3 Months

I got call from HR team and after discussion on package, cognizant HR initiated the candidature process for me. I have submitted the required documents on mail as required.

But now I am waiting for an offer letter and no one providing me a proper update on this.
