Cognizant — I haven't received Full & Final settlement till now And unable to login Always Cognizant Portal

This Sivaiah Batta and my Emp id 2166649. My last working day in cognizant Mar 06th 2023 till now i haven't received Experience documents, pay slips and Full & Final Settlement. i have mailed to ExithelpdeskIndia they told you will login Always cognizant portal and download document but I'm tried to login it shows signing issue. finally I'm unable to login Always cognizant portal.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
