Hello, Sir/Mam. In the month of October, I resigned from Cognizant. I have received my salary for that month, but I have not yet received my earned leave. When I was resigning, I told my manager that I could serve the notice period, but he told me that because I wasn't working on any projects at the time, I should leave right away. I also decided to leave because I didn't want to waste the company's money by taking a salary during a period when I had no main duties. But I did ensure with the manager that I would receive my earned leave.Following that, he asked me to send a resignation letter in a specific format, requesting an immediate resignation. He stated that he will handle the remainder. When I didn't receive my earned leave, I contacted customer service, and now HR says that due to the format of my resignation letter, they cannot credit me with my earned leave.
