Cognizant — My relieving letter and full and final settlement

My emp id is 2207075 i have submitted all my assets to Cognizant but still they didn’t provideed my releaving letter and full and final pay all my accounts are locked neither they are responding to my mails from my personal mail id what should i do because releaving letter is urgently required
