Cognizant — Name Change in Offer Letter

I have received my Cognizant Offer Letter on 24th November 2021. But my name in the Offer Letter has slight difference. It was mentioned "Mekha Mbaiju" in my offer letter. But my actual Name is "Mekha M Baiju". The character "M" will come as the middle name. So, I'm humbly requesting to change the spelling of my name so that I can upload my documents for BGV.
